The house is in a condominium with 24-hour security and complete leisure infrastructure, which includes a wonderful pool in the club, 50 meters from the house. It is close to the best beaches , such as Macumba, Prainha and Grumari, which are very popular for Surfing. Close to the shopping mall and gastronomic hub of Vargem Grande.
