Moramos numa casa deliciosa na rua que divide Glória, Catete e Santa Teresa. Em 2013 anunciamos no Airbnb um apto independente que tínhamos aqui ocioso. Depois, uma casinha que construímos para receber amigos ingleses na Copa de 2014, e agora chegou a vez de anunciar esta outra que acabamos de reformar e ficou deliciosa, com direito a um deck privativo e uma copinha de apoio. O acesso se faz pelo jardim ou pela casa principal. As áreas comuns são amplas e arejadas, sem risco de aglomerar!

New house, 38m², independent, is in the front of my house with a single individual guest gate. A wonderful little cafe! Simple, but delivers everything it promises in the ad. It's that place that's really worth it. New air conditioning at 18 °C + extra fan. Strong, hot shower. And, most importantly, Clean!! (PRIVACY AND SECURITY) High-speed fibre Wi-Fi, 32" smart TV, minibar, microwave and coffee maker. Tranquil neighborhood. 🚗 Parking on the sidewalk (outside). 🔖 Bring towels.

We are very close to Shopping Tijuca, the subway, bus stops, Maracanã Stadium, McDonald's, Saens Peña Square, Shopping 45, Varnhagen Square (gastronomy) and Mundial Supermarket. We have a very comfortable new bed, a pleasant, quiet atmosphere and everything you need =). My space is good for couples or even if you're traveling alone. My apartment is a duplex penthouse, the entrance to the apartment is on the first floor where I live with my family.
