My stay was wonderful! The apartment was super clean, fragrant and organized with care. There was nothing missing! The duvet was so warm it felt like a 🥰 hug Check-in was easy, straight at the reception. Communication with Maurício was excellent: always quick and attentive. The location is great for those who want to enjoy the west side of Rio. I saw people complaining about the distance, but it's just common sense: if you want the south zone, stay there. Now, to enjoy the west side, Verano Stay is the best choice! The cost-benefit is great, with a pool, gym, sauna, grocery store and restaurant with affordable prices. The condominium is beautiful, high-end structure, "soap opera" type! And security is a strong point: a guardhouse right at the entrance to the street, always with police, in addition to all the internal care. I loved everything and I will definitely be back — and next time, I will bring the whole family! ❤️

The studio is very well located and the stay was very pleasant. The space is well equipped, with kitchen utensils and a well-planned and functional internal structure. The only point of attention was the bed linen: it had some stains from use and did not smell clean, which caused a slight discomfort. I would stay again, but I would bring these items for greater peace of mind during the stay.

My Airbnb experience with Carmen Lima was amazing! Excellent location, every amenity I needed, always responsive before & during my stay! Five stars & 10/10 overall.

Do not think twice. If you're lucky enough and the place has availability just book it. We've stayed at 10+ airbnbs and multiple 4 & 5 star hotels in Rio this year and this one is the rare gem that: 1. Lives up to the photos 2. Is worth what you pay 3. Is squeaky clean (I have terrible mold and dust allergies and was fine here) 4. Treats you like a guest (not an ATM). The team was responsive, gracious, and accommodating. It was concierge-level service and better than what we've experienced at hotels in Rio. The security is excellent - facial recognition. I'm a mom traveling with my 7yr old and we felt safe - just follow the rules like any city. And they've made everything incredibly easy - e g. QR code for getting onto the wifi.

Elizandra was attentive and helpful from the first messages, the communication was great. The accommodation is simple, but it met my main need, a place to rest after the busy days at an event. The location was the most important thing for me. I went to UFF every day and felt calm and safe walking to the campus, both on the way there and back. It was very satisfying and I am grateful for the experience.

Great place and great host

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and was super clean. Due to a communication error on my part, I did not request a mattress for my one-year-old son, and I promptly received the mattress. The view of the sunrise, as shown in the photos, is a must-see. I highly recommend it for those who like to do activities in the landfill, and for the proximity to Catete :)

New, clean, organized, super-equipped and quiet apartment. Great location for central tourist spots and the hospital area. Bruna was always very helpful, attentive and decisive. I highly recommend it and I will return when necessary. Thank you!

Compliments only The apartment is Divine, Clean, Smell, Exactly as in your photos👏 In the condominium, there is Restaurant, with breakfast buffet and on weekends, there is also buffet for lunch, very good food🙌 The town is "foot in the sand" yesmm, perfect. There is an exit through its own direct condominium in Praia 🏖️😎 Various kiosks, has the Rico Sucos (best açaí from RJ) Anyway, it's worth staying with Mr. Luiz. Perfect 👏

Very well-equipped apartment, it had many things and the sector was very quiet, only we found that one detail was the port is working, moving many stones and machinery 24/7, they do not stop working. For those who have trouble sleeping, it will be a little annoying. Hosana was always available for any questions

The stay met expectations, everything went well

Excellent apartment, super complete (kitchen with several good appliances and all the utensils, I just felt the lack of a water dispenser). Good towels, bed linen, hygiene items in the bathroom (there was a new, sealed soap). There was even a first aid kit and an umbrella. It is two blocks from Ipanema beach and is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. I felt at home, it didn't feel like an Airbnb apartment but a home, the attention to detail (decoration, books, etc.). It has a great smart TV in the living room, larger than indicated in the listing. It has two balconies, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The street is very busy with cars, but the windows greatly reduce the noise. I had to stay another day in the city and the booking was changed very quickly. I just have to thank Merc and Eva.

My stay was wonderful, a pity that was short-lived. The location is perfect. The amazing view and the super cozy and spacious apartment. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super family, with clear information and good communication between the employees. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need like: market, bakery, gym… I liked a lot and didn't want to leave kkk for sure I will be back. I am grateful to Ana for all information and availability.

Very good apartment, in front of the Olympic Park. Wide, clean space. Equipment in good condition, without reservations. José Luiz's cordiality in welcoming me for check-in stood out. Extremely easy communication. I recommend it.
