Hallo, Ich biete euch einen gemütlichen Raum mit TV, Schreibtisch und einem kleinen aber gemütlichem Bett (90x200cm). Ein kleiner Schreibtisch und Stuhl sind ebenfalls im Zimmer. Das Badezimmer teilen wir uns während eures Aufenthalts. Es ist voll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, am Stadtrand und mit der S-Bahn super angebunden: Hauptbahnhof 24 min. Marienplatz 21 min. Ostbahnhof 15 min. Messe (Messestadt Ost) 17 min. Flughafen / Airport 49 min.

Es verfügt über ein Duschbad, Smart-TV, Nespressomaschine, Mikrowelle, Herdplatte, Wasserkocher und Geschirr und befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss. Es hat eine Größe von ca. 22qm. Wir sind sehr zentral gelegen. Die nächste U-Bahn Haltestelle "Poccistrasse" ist nur 100m entfernt. Die Theresienwiese mit dem berühmten Oktoberfest ist in 5 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen.
