The stay was very nice and quiet. Perfect if you want to have a quiet and relaxing weekend. We loved the place, even though it was very small, you didn't feel cramped and the amenities were ideal. There was everything you needed and beyond! The decor is very stylish and our personal highlight was the window front next to the bed! We also had our two dogs with us. There were many walking opportunities and the dogs also felt very comfortable. We have nothing to complain about, but it would have been very nice if check-in had been possible at an earlier time and check-out at a later time as we would have liked to have spent even more time there. All in all it was a very nice stay and we enjoyed the time very much! We recommend the place and would definitely come back!

Apartment directly at the university, close to the city quiet chic

I immediately felt comfortable in the beautiful apartment of Thomas and Anja! The communication was great and I was picked up from the main train station: I thought that was super nice! :) The apartment was very clean and cleaning/ vacuum cleaner was also available if you want to clean in between. Plenty of cooking utensils and pans, etc. I had enough shelves and wall hooks to organize everything (including a big closet!) The location is quiet but super convenient: in 5 min walk there is a shopping mall with supermarkets, drugstore and much more :) Several bus stops are also nearby. Thanks again and see you next time please!

The apartment is really very nice. Modernly furnished and equipped with everything. The bed in the bedroom is a bit small but you can switch to the sofa bed in the living room, which is very comfortable. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back!

A great place, very cozy! :) There was even coffee and a large selection of tea available, as well as games for the children. However, the apartment is not quite as suitable for small children, as the furnishings are not suitable for children (cleaning products, glasses, knives and lighter at children's height and laid, large mirror). It's a pity that we couldn't use the outdoor area because of rain, which looked so welcoming. It would be nice if you could also darken the living room because there is also a sleeping place there. Booking and communication with the host went smoothly. Overall a nice place in a central location, which I can definitely recommend.

A very nice small apartment in which I felt right at home. It was very clean and there was everything that made the stay pleasant. The apartment is very quietly located in a residential area. The village center can be reached on foot through the beautiful park in about 15 minutes. Shopping is also nearby. I met Daniel as a very friendly host. Check in and check out went smoothly. Daniel is very flexible with the period of arrival or departure. Conclusion: A little insider tip!

Nest in the forest (with tree house)

We stayed at the nest with our smaller kids and had a wonderful time. Surrounded by the forest is this cute cabin. There is actually everything you need including a comprehensive CD and DVD collection :) we especially enjoyed the great property and the connection to the nature reserve. Our excursions: Externsteine, safari park, hiking route on the "small Amazon", hike in the adjacent forest (night hike with wild sighting :)). There is definitely enough to discover for another week :) The people in the area were very friendly and accommodating. We'd love to come back!

I stayed here for almost a month to help my boyfriend settle in at Paderborn University for the spring/summer semester. The listing is in a nice, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. It’s a small studio with great use of space— it truly felt like a home away from home. The sofa bed is as comfortable as any sofa bed might be; however, after all the walking and exploring around town, I didn’t mind at all. Arnold is incredibly kind and thoughtful—he checked in on me a few times to make sure I had everything I needed. The location is great, about a 15-minute walk to the city center, with excellent public transportation options throughout the town. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Paderborn!

The place is 100% worth recommending. My boyfriend and I spent a wonderful weekend. The host greeted us upon arrival and showed us apartment, gave us the most important information and remained at our disposal if needed. The apartment is very well equipped and beautiful. You can feel at home there and you certainly don't want to leave this place. The jacuzzi is a dream come true for those expecting relaxation. We would like to thank the hosts for creating this wonderful place and putting their heart into every detail that you can feel from crossing the threshold of the apartment. Very nice place, with terrace (this is still without furniture) and high quality equipment. Everything you need. Well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and a few games available in the living area. Read in the description that this is a bed behind a curtain in the living room instead of in a separate room. But it wasn't a big deal. Good parking space. Accommodation is definitely recommended.

The place was very nice and quiet. Also very clean. Heike was very kind and accommodating. Note: The lake in the photo is closed off and cannot be reached. Also not visible in summer because of the bushes. It's also better to travel by car. We felt very comfortable and had a good time there. I highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay. We went to Bielefeld to visit my wife's sister who is in college. The accommodation is perfectly located: close to the city center, close to the university, close to a very nice park. It is in a pretty and quiet, residential area. The apartment is very nice, functional and very well-equipped. It's perfect for a family with kids. We appreciated the communication with the owners who really sought to make our stay easier. To park the car, parking on nearby streets is limited in duration (3h) and paying, but we were able to park on a street about 600m away and it was unlimited and free. We highly recommend this home!
