My "7SEAS Apartment" is a superbly styled 30 sqm studio in a very central but quiet location in Bad Oeynhausen. At the end of a cul-de-sac, located at the Sielpark, there is a lot of greenery but no through traffic. The city center can be reached on foot through the park in a few minutes (1 km). Due to the optimal location to the A2 and A30, this "Junior Suite" is particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people and fitters but also for peace seekers. The very nice, newly renovated and high-quality furnished 107 sqm first floor apartment is located in the best location of Vlotho / Uffeln on the sunny side of the Buhn. The building is a completely renovated farmhouse in a quiet location and yet only 1.5 km from the city center. Our house is very close to the Weser bike path. The apartment is suitable for vacationers, fitters or business travelers.
