Family-friendly apartment with south terrace on our sunny horse farm

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

Der Gästebereich mit eigenem Bad (1.OG) und Gemeinschaftsküche (EG) befindet sich im Anbau eines ruhig gelegenen Resthofs etwas außerhalb (!) von dem Ort Sande am Lippesee, 11 km von Paderborn, günstig nahe der A 33 gelegen. Am besten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Die sehr schöne,neu renovierte und hochwertig ausgestattete 107qm grosse EG Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage von Vlotho / Uffeln auf der Sonnenseite des Buhn. Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen komplett sanierten Resthof in ruhiger Lage und doch nur 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Unser Haus liegt sehr nah am Weserradweg.
