The lake is well fenced, secure & very private. Visitors are welcome to fish in the very well-stocked specimen Carp lake, with multiple fish approaching 40lb.

You will not find anything like them in the country. Totally unique. You can fish the lake. 2 wells behaved dogs max.

The cottage is for 4 guests. 1 Double bedroom and twin room.

Offering amazing views over the River Blackwater there is no place quite like it, in fact the river front and iconic Thames barges are just a stone’s throw away!
