Fully heated so nice and cosy. There is a television with sky and wifi, table and chairs and basin. Welcome to our newly redecorated, warm, sunny and spacious garden annex. Off street parking and a short walk home from a day at the races - Rowley Mile Course. (The July course is a longer walk), or a 3 minute taxi ride from the High Street restaurants and Newmarket train station. When travelling we always appreciate a comfortable bed, fresh linen, a decent hot shower, large fluffy towels and being able to make a tea / coffee when we arrive. The Hare’s Retreat, Great location & dog heaven!

The Hare’s retreat is one of two accommodations on site, the other ‘The Kingfisher Studio’. (not in view of each other) A beautifully converted garage/annex with its own independent access and garden. Located 150m off the A134, opposite Nowton park, and only 1.5 miles from the town centre. With approx 200m of river frontage and a good sized field and garden . The Annex has a large bedroom with kingsize bed, kitchen, wet room/WC and a small but comfortable living room.

Ideal for an short stay or a longer visit to explore the beautiful countryside. A spacious Bed-sitting room with double bed, well equipped shower room, kitchenette. Own front door access with parking adjacent. Food for a light self- catering breakfast. A well behaved dog is welcome, by prior arrangement.

Large studio space on 2 floors set in a beautiful garden and with its own private garden . Rural village location but close (1.5 Miles) to Woodbridge Historic Waterfront Market Town. Tennis court & outdoor pool . Both usable by prior arrangement & Pool subject to being up & running (Normally 1st June - 31st August). Electric bike hire available in Woodbridge. Excellent base to explore Suffolks beautiful towns, villages and coastal areas .

Tucked away but within a short walk of the market hill and Framlingham Castle yet only 25 minute drive from the coast. Our recently converted ground floor annexe has a Retro-Scandinavian feel comprising double bedroom with en-suite shower room and living area with sofabed and bespoke fitted kitchen. Guests will have use of part of the south facing garden and parking for one vehicle is in a shared driveway.

The Loft is situated on the edge of Stanton village in West Suffolk. Close to Bury St Edmunds - 15 mins by car, Cambridge - 45 mins by car or train from B St E, Stowmarket - Train station is 20 mins, London - Direct from Stowmarket by train, Aldeburgh - 45 min drive and many other coastal areas. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets).
