The bedroom is in the same room thanks to a partial wall, yet still feels separate. The spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and dryer is a separate room. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing wholesome meals and for longer stays. Spacious terrace with table and chairs and a barbecue. Large garden with lawn. The swimming pool is centrally located on the property and is shared with the guests of the mini-house, the guests of the holiday apartment, and our family. The driveway is also shared. Guests and their children are welcome to walk near the animals, cuddle the dogs, swim in the shared pool, and use the swing and slide in our private garden. Or take a stroll along the country lane next to the property to the meadows and fields beyond.

The beach of Baarland and family campsite Scheldeoord (indoor and outdoor swimming pool, animation team, (indoor) playgrounds, supermarket, etc. - open March 27 through November 1, 2026) are within a 5-minute walking distance. The cottage is child-friendly (including high chair /cot, changing table, bicycle seats) and there is a log cabin with 2p bed. The garden is fenced. Includes bedding and towels for 4 people.

Our cozy vacation home in Baarland is now also available for rent in winter! It is then very quiet in the area (camping closed). If you want to get away from it all, it's a great place to relax. It is a detached cottage with a spacious private garden (with garden furniture). The garden is bordered by a playground and is located right on the dike. Behind the dike (about 100 meters from the house) is the beach of Baarland with a beach tent: "De Landing".
