Studio Duinhuis ... the specially designed wooden house with a wood-burning stove is located on the hill opposite the monumental bathing pavilion, 100 metres from the beach access point! My lifelong dream is to live by the sea with a small studio and rent out a tiny house. In typical Teeland style, the house opens its windows outwards onto a sunny wooden terrace. You can hear the sea all the way here. A cosy sleeping loft makes the house special, and the small sauna can be booked on the spot (€20.00/2 hours).

The modern new apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. Downstairs living room with open kitchen and toilet. Upstairs, 1 spacious bedroom with walk-in shower, toilet and a sleeping loft on the 2nd floor. Within 50 m walking distance of supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bike rental. On-site private parking. Terrace with lots of privacy.

Het strandje van Baarland en familiecamping Scheldeoord (binnen- en buitenzwembad, animatieteam, (binnen)speeltuinen, supermarkt etc. - open 27 maart t/m 1 nov ‘26) liggen op 5 min loopafstand. Het huisje is kindvriendelijk (oa kinderstoel /bedje, commode, fietszitjes) en er is een blokhut met 2p bed. De tuin is omheind.Inclusief beddengoed en handdoeken voor 4 pers.

The beach and promenade are only 400 metres away. In July and August, we apply a minimum stay of 5 nights for a relaxing stay by the sea. Boutique Casita makes it happen! Please note that the rental price is exclusive of the following costs: - Dog fee: €15 per day per dog. - Tourist tax: €2.42 per day per person. - In the months of December, January, February, and March, gas consumption is charged additionally at a rate of €1.50 per m³.

Our cozy vacation home in Baarland is now also available for rent in winter! It is then very quiet in the area (camping closed). If you want to get away from it all, it's a great place to relax. It is a detached cottage with a spacious private garden (with garden furniture). The garden is bordered by a playground and is located right on the dike. Behind the dike (about 100 meters from the house) is the beach of Baarland with a beach tent: "De Landing".

This spacious vacation home has a large, modern and cozy living room and offers access to the terrace. The garden is fully enclosed.
