Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, fridge, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. With WiFi, TV and in the summer an air cooler. Deliciously soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately upon arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2 p.m. Check out before 10:00 . Parking is free with us on the driveway. So no parking fees! Our price includes tourist tax. A small cozy detached bungalow for 4 people with a garden all around where there is always a place in the sun. The beach of Baarland and family campsite Scheldeoord (indoor and outdoor swimming pool, animation team, (indoor) playgrounds, supermarket, etc. - open March 27 through November 1, 2026) are within a 5-minute walking distance. The cottage is child-friendly (including high chair /cot, changing table, bicycle seats) and there is a log cabin with 2p bed. The garden is fenced. Includes bedding and towels for 4 people.

Safari tent in the Zeeland nature

This "solo safari tent" is located in a sheltered place in the meadows surrounded by knot willows. At the bottom of an unpaved walking dike with a pond next to it. The horses and sheep come every now and then to see what you are doing, but that will not disturb your privacy. Luxury "camping" with the convenience of (green) electricity, hot and cold water, outdoor shower, good mattresses, campfire, small but complete kitchenette. Dogs (max 2) are welcome but in consultation. Please contact us before booking.

'COOL' cottage, in the middle of the fields.

This small shed in our yard Hofstede de Boetselaer used to be a "COOL"cell for young potato plants. We have converted it into a 'COOL' cottage to come and enjoy among the fields and on the West Zeeuws Vlaamse coast. For those looking for nature, privacy, minimal distractions, and tranquility. The garden is visited by many birds, from small to large. From the buzzard to the little goldcrest and lots in between. With two separate bathrooms a plus for two couples/friends, family.

When we come into our narrow street, we still feel like we are on vacation.......De Graszode is an old sand ridge where a number of farmhouses have been built. Our farmhouse has a stone garden house with terrace, conservatory and covered veranda. Space and tranquility, a meadow with horses, Veerse Meer within cycling distance. Our cottage is not suitable for babies/children. But it is suitable for fellow musicians who want to come on vacation and still want to study every day.

The Green Sunny Ghent

The sunny green is a tiny house located in a quiet suburb of Ghent. (4 kilometers from the city center!) Check-in on Saturday and Sunday at 3 p.m. Check-in from Monday to Friday from 6 p.m. Check out at noon the next day. On the day of check-in, you can already use our parking, bicycles and luggage drop from noon. Saturday & Sunday check-in: 3 p.m. check-out at 11 a.m.
