Our 80 sqm apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, directly below King Ludwig II's fairytale castle Neuschwanstein and overlooking the castle Hohenschwangau. In 15 minutes you are on foot at the Alpsee and on the ascent to the castles. Many beautiful hikes/ bike rides start with us. Schwangau is 2.6 km from the apartment, while Füssen is 4.2 km away.

Die stilvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft ist für 2 Personen ausgerichtet und spricht Ruhesuchende und Naturliebhaber an. Im Winter kann das Skigebiet „Axamer Lizum“ entspannt mit dem Skibus oder in 15 Minuten Autofahrt erreicht werden. Im Sommer ist das Gebiet vor allem bei Bergliebhabern für kurze bis längere Wandertouren angesagt. Innsbruck ist 20 Autominuten entfernt, aber auch mit Öffis gut erreichbar. Bushaltestelle „Axams Apotheke/M-Preis“ 12 Min. entfernt. Parkplatz auf Anfrage verfügbar.

Enjoy your vacation with family and friends in our vacation home! Directly on the banks of the Loisach, in a quiet location in the district of Garmisch and with a magnificent view of the Zugspitze massif. Numerous hiking trails and the Classic ski area can be reached in a few minutes, as well as the bus stop of the local bus, nearby supermarkets or the bakery. In 5 minutes on foot you can also reach the Loisachbad with a large playground for children and leisure facilities.

Shopping and culture in the Alpine environment! In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor. There is also an indoor swimming pool, skating rink and a tennis court nearby. The ski resort is 300 m away and is a 5-minute walk. Pets are not allowed.
