Wonderful spot in the middle of the countryside. House is really well equiped for a country house. The pool is geeat, with peaceful surroundings and great sunsets! At night the place is made for star gazing.

A little house in the heart of Avis, very cozy and clean. It looks like we were spending the weekend at the grandparents' house. Mr. Luís was always very helpful and welcoming. It will be my favorites for upcoming city visits:)

We loved the stay. It is possible to have peace and fun at the same time through contact with nature, whether through the beautiful landscape or even the dam. André is extremely attentive and Montezinho has everything a guest needs to enjoy their stay. All the items in the house are extremely tasteful, which allowed us to feel at home.

An incredible house, down to the smallest detail, located in a quiet town and with very friendly people. It has a restaurant that eats very well the dishes of the day (book). The host was always attentive and ready for everything, I highly recommend it and if you want to rest, disconnect and be at home.... definitely go to enjoy it.

elisabeth's place was perfect it is even more beautiful than in the photos, we enjoyed the calm, the pool and the great spaces of the house. it should be noted that in high temperatures the freshness of the house is pleasant

This location is perfect if you want to drive and spend a few days exploring the Alentejo. Multiple towns are nearby. Evora is a great all day trip, including the megaliths outside of town, and you get to leave all the guided groups behind. Elvas is a wonderful town very near the border with Spain. Villa Real is a gem. Arraiolos is known for weaving rugs. Evoramonte is close by and has terrific views. All of these towns are hilltop towns with castles. The regional wine is terrific, the cork industry is fascinating, the olives, oranges, and lemons, are great, and you are in the middle of the area of marble quarrying. The towns are predominantly full of white buildings with mustard or blue trim and lot and lots of marble. Fica’s place is comfortable, quiet, and has restaurants, bakeries, drugstores, and small shops just steps away.

Great location, convenient and comfortable

We stayed in the “wall”. It is a small but spectacular house, inside one of the most quiet and secluded areas of the castle. It has a walled courtyard, which for us was an added value since we also took our bige. In fact, ALs that accept animals are always to be congratulated because they suffer from the scarcity. The house is in an area where it is difficult to go by car (although it is possible but the streets are too narrow) and Mr Luís was very helpful to take us (to us, to our bags and to our dog) to the house at check in, which was a great help. Even so, walking access is fast. We recommend it.

Great location in Portalegre. Plenty of room. Clean and quiet.

Patrícia was always very responsive even with a friendly, friendly and cordial reservation. Apartment has a great location, with vast parking. Clean tidy and welcoming.

Great place to stay! Clean close to the castle and all amenities . Highly recommended.

He saw for all our needs, and as it is 2 minutes from there, if he needed him , he showed this point in no time, informed us of what there was to see in the surroundings and the industrial but quiet and new accommodation, no dog barking, especially in the night , everything was perfect I highly recommend it, if not the best I had the best I had the pleasure of meeting.
