MonteZinho is located on one of the banks of the Maranhão Dam reservoir, with direct and private access to the waterfront. São Martinho Estate

A Herdade de São Martinho, is part of one of the oldest Montes in the Region and is located in the municipality of Avis. The Mount belonged to the old Order of the Templars and later to the Religious Order of Avis. Being for generations in the same family, its small houses, previously inhabited by Herdade workers, have been remodeled for those who want to enjoy life in the countryside as if they were in their own home.

It has a versatile social space, with a small patio ideal for summer breakfasts and a typical Alentejo fireplace for winter evenings.
