Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Aventine Hill

Frederica was super kind, bubbly, and helpful. The location of this Airbnb is unmatched. It is right across from the beach with amazing restaurants nearby, beautiful views, and privacy and security. We felt very safe and very comfortable here. Our only complaint is that the A/C and Wifi were a bit spotty and you have to pay a separate cash cleaning fee on top of the Airbnb price, but everything else was great. Definitely recommend this place!

Great location! Rooftop had incredible view! Federico was very responsive. His helper Omar was friendly but didn’t speak English very well so we had to have our Italian friend translate a little. Still highly recommended!

Amazing location in Trastevere, lots to do— great food and drinks within steps from front door

Silvia's studio was ideal for our needs. It was very close to Trevi fountain and thus the spanish steps also, location was right amongst the action. Check in instructions were very clear and easy, the building was authentic but the studio itself was modern, clean and spacious. It also had a small washing machine which is a bonus. We were able to walk to all major attractions, the Colosseum and Vatican were both each about 30 minutes walk. Locally was great eating places and shopping. Rome Termini was a 10 euro taxi away. Sylvia gave great advice on local dining and transport tips. Would definitely stay again next time.

This place is situated a little far from Rome central but has very reasonable bus/tram connections so getting there isn’t too difficult. The apartment was clean and well described. A comfy bed with an AC unit nearby which is needed as it does get quite hot at night. Our hosts, although we didn’t meet them until the end, were so helpful, communicative and generous. We are not wine drinkers but a bottle was left for us with a note. This would be a nice touch for those after a long day of travelling. Overall a very good experience

And the location couldn’t be better—right next to Palazzo Farnese, with amazing cafés, historic sites, and transport just steps away. Can’t recommend this gem enough!”

Such a wonderful and quiet apartment to stay in Rome! It was in a local neighborhood that's walking distance away from all the major attractions, but in a place where there were lots of little hole in the wall eateries and not full of tourists. The buses and trains stop at the apartment so it's also extremely convenient to get around. The apartment itself was spacious with all the amenities we needed. Accessing the apartment with the smartlock and app was also very convenient. Maria Cristina was also quick to respond when we had questions. I would highly recommend this to anyone who's staying in Rome!

Absolutely loved the location, close enough to walk everywhere but out of the main hustle & bustle. Restaurants & best little Jewish bakery on the street right outside. Having own kitchen meant we didn’t have to eat out every night which was good as we were exhausted after some big days exploring. David was a great communicator and also provided information for restaurants when asked & checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay here again. My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

My wife and I stayed at one of their other apartments a short walk away and accidentally booked our stay one night short. The hosts were so kind in letting us stay at this other property so short notice and at a discount. This apartment was stunning and has everything you could need. It’s at the center of the lively part of Trestevere but inside was so calm and quiet. I highly recommend this apartment for groups of 4 or a small family. It’s literally above all the great restaurants and shops and is a 3 minute walk to the nearest bus/tram stop. I really couldn’t recommend any of their properties more and would definitely stay there again when we come back to Rome!

Diana’s place was beautiful! The balcony was wonderful and had amazing views. The bed was very comfortable as I prefer a firmer mattress. Diana’s communication was one of the best I’ve ever had. She answered all of our questions and provided a list of recommendations in the area. The apartment is on the 5th floor but there is an elevator. I would absolutely stay here again in a second!

Armanda is an amazing host. Her house is just gorgeous. The location is central and close to everything. Armanda is a wonderful person. And her house is super clean and so organized. She was always responsive. She was there to welcome us and she came before we left to wish us a safe trip. I honestly have no words to describe how great Armanda is as a person and how wonderful her house is. We can't wait to come back again.

Giuliano and Federica were so flexible, understanding and responsible for us during our initial check in. My wife and I had the unfortunate Roman experience of having our rental car broken into when we parked for lunch, we had to delay our check-in due to having to deal with the rental company and filing a police report. Federica and Giuliano were able to stay for an additional 4 hours for us to welcome us into their wonderful B&B. The location is phenomenal being directly on top of Campo di Fiore, my wife and I were able to walk to everything between the Vatican to the Colosseo, and having access to the most amazing dining experiences Rome had to offer. I would love to come back and stay here next time we're back. Grazie Millie.

Jochen was always very friendly and warm. She waited for us to welcome us and give us recommendations. Always attentive. The apartment was perfect for our stay. The Testaccio neighborhood seemed great and friendly very close to buses and with a lot of business. We had a wonderful time in Rome staying at Jochen's house. We would definitely go back. Giuseppe was absolutely incredible—he went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He met us personally for a smooth and easy check-in, and was kind, responsive, and professional throughout. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and even better than expected. It’s in a fantastic location—an easy walk to great restaurants, bars, cafes, and the center of Rome. Absolutely 100% worth it, this place is so spacious and such a breath of fresh air compared to the busy streets of Rome. This street in particular is quiet and we had no problems sleeping at night. Very close to Bar San Calisto and other popular bars/restaurants. The apartment is large and could comfortably fit two couples or a family of four. Francesca was very accommodating and let us check in early to rest after our flight. Will absolutely try to book this place in the future! Thank you so much :)
