We spent 4 nights at Villa Borghese and communicated with Marianna, who met us at the apartment as soon as we arrived. Marianna was an absolute delight, from beginning to end! She greeted us at the door with a bottle of wine and delicious snacks. Marianna then continued to assist us with everything from arranging airport transfers to restaurant reservations all over the city; and we loved every spot we dined at -- each establishment had its own unique vibe and cuisine! The apartment was pristine, in a quiet-residential neighborhood, featuring high ceilings, coffered white walls, picturesque windows with electric shades, and modern kitchen with high- end appliances. We loved our stay at Villa Borghese and would go back in a heartbeat!

Absolutely unparalleled! Beautiful home in an amazing location overlooking Trajan’s Column. Almost all the historic sites are within walking distance. The hosts are incredibly gracious, thoughtful, responsive and so helpful in organizing tours, restaurants and even a spa! The home is truly an oasis where coming home at the end of the day was so relaxing. Aperitivos on the terrace overlooking the lights of Rome is breathtaking. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Overall, a great stay. Location is perfect for walking and touring the sites. Apartment was ideal for us. Can get noisy during the evening hours as there's a festive restaurant just outside the apartment. The unit was well appointed and nicely decorated. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with recommendations and amenities. Would highly recommend the stay.

The villa was beautiful and our family had a wonderful vacation staying there. It was clean, serviced on a daily basis and in good condition. The house and gardens are gorgeous. Denisa, the house manager, was very responsive and helpful. We were given access to the house early on the day of our arrival which we appreciated as we had young children with us. Piazza Di Spagna 9 is truly a 5-star property - an exceptional location right at the Spanish Steps and an exceptional property with every amenity you could ask for, including a perfect view into Piazza Di Spagna! And even better were our hosts, Franco and Christian. Franco could not have been more helpful and informative leading up to our stay. His love for Rome and for hosting at his property easily shows. I don't think we've ever had a better host - such an incredibly thoughtful person! He checked in every day to see if we needed anything -- could not have felt more welcome or cared for. Thank you Franco and Christian for helping create a memorable stay for our familia! We will be back!!!

This stay was honestly so incredible! The suite is located in a prominent palazzo in arguably the best part of Rome. Photos do not do justice as the experience exceeds expectations. Service was incredible offering breakfast, turndown and daily cleaning. Beatrice was such a lovely contact and made sure check in and check out ran smoothly whilst being incredibly helpful and friendly. You definitely feel special at this property, taking in the rich history as well as the classical antiquated architecture - most notably the colossal stone staircase lined with homages to ancient Roman figures. This property feels quintessentially aristocratic Roman, and we thank the generational owners for allowing us to stay and experience this wonderful property. We will definitely be back.
