Holiday rentals with breakfast in Aventine Hill

We had a wonderful time in Alessenadro’s cottage while visiting Rome. Alessandro was super helpful and friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. He was always very attentive and responsive. He was one of the best hosts we have ever had.

Beautiful apartment. The perfect location to visit St Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museum.

Giulia’s place was absolutely perfect! Far enough away from the centre of Rome to be peaceful from the loud tourist hustle bustle, but close enough to transit systems to make everything convenient to get to. Additionally, as low budget backpackers, Giulia’s breakfast, coffee, snacks, and drinks were wonderful! She was responsive for check in despite our train being delayed for 30 minutes, and was quickly there to meet us when we made contact. She also provided local recommendations of real Roman cuisine which were divine. If I ever find myself in Rome again, I would happily stay here!!

Thank you Rosseta for the warm welcome. The place got everything, I have stayed for almost 3 weeks without any issues. Having the metro super close makes the visits to the center very comfortable. I would definetly go back.

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

as someone who used to live in Rome I found the location to be ideal what also stands out is how easy it is to get around .. free parking in the neighborhood and bus station and metro station close by super market tabaccheria and Gelato bar within 5 minutes walk and Andrea was so accommodating and responsive answering my 100 messages and being so kind and patient will stay again!

The apartment is smaller, but very cozy. Great hot tub with adjustable lighting. Very comfortable bed, we didn't even want to get up. 🙂 20 minutes to the metro, but who wouldn't walk in Rome, so I also take the location quite well. The host is great, he can offer something extra. We were very satisfied. I highly recommend. 👌✌️✌️

Where to start? Barbara was an exceptional host. She gave very clear and helpful directions on how to get to her place either by train or taxi. She was there to meet us at her place to show us around let us know how to use everything. She had champagne and treats for us to start our holiday. I loved how she would message us daily to let us know of any local events that were happening, restaurant recommendations and to see if everything was going ok with our stay. The location was great it was central so everything was walkable. Her photos of her place matched what it looked like. My friend and I were very pleased with the place I would highly recommend staying there. I know when I visit Rome again I will be trying to stay here if it is available. We had a wonderful time at Antonio's apartment. Perfectly clean and stocked with coffee, some water and some treats to welcome us! Air conditioning was important for my husband and it worked very well in the heat wave. Antonio arranged for a transfer from the airport to Rome, and then later from Rome to the cruise port. He also gave us restaurant and other recommendations. We wished we could have stayed there more than the 2 nights we booked! I highly recommend!

This was the perfect place to stay when in Rome. We walked to everything we wanted to do, but it still felt tucked away. Claudia was so kind and helpful throughout our stay and went above and beyond when we arrived a little earlier than planned. She let us store our luggage before checking in which was a huge help. We would definitely stay here again!

This unit was GREAT.. perfect location to reach everything you need. It was very clean. Directions were clear. I can’t say enough about how the host made us feel at home.

Sonia was extremely responsive. We had a small issue once we arrived with the shower and within minutes she had responded (even late at night) and by the next morning the issue was fixed. She was helpful with many suggestions in the area. There is a plaza right outside the building and our bedroom faced the plaza, unfortunately the three nights we stayed there - every night there was an outdoor movie event that went until 11:30pm. It was very loud and I am not sure we would have stayed there had we known about the event. The farmers market that is there during the day was fantastic. The kitchen was well appointed for an apartment, even though we didn't use it. Linens were clean and lots of bedding. There is also a small elevator in the building which was great for getting our suitcases up as many buildings don't have this amenity. Loads of great restaurants in the area.

Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your family home! We loved the decor, location and history all around. Meeting Paolo at entry was definitely a high point - he’s so informative and you can tell he loves his country (listen to the food recommendations too!) Would recommend highly to stay here and would stay again if I’m lucky enough! :) Grazie!!!!

very nice apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Olympic stadium very well connected by transportation Francesco is a very nice and proactive host we exchanged a lot by message for restaurants and he is a great listener

Maria Grazia is one of those people you meet and already know will remain in your heart forever. Romana de Roma welcomes you to her home and makes you feel like a friend, not a guest. Always available, he gives very useful advice for getting around, for special things to see and for traditional foods to taste. Common area for breakfast and any meals to be consumed, very clean and welcoming, impeccable bathroom and room overlooking a private garden where you can also have lunch or dinner in total privacy and sheltered from the heat. In short, everything is perfect, but the real difference is called Maria Grazia!

Fantastic location, friendly, amazing host. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it. Very comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. We will stay with Andrea again if we ever return to Rome.

The room was very nice and clean. All the attractions were easy to access by bus or walking. Emanuela was great and all the time asnwered to my questions!!🥰

I don’t speak Italian & had no idea of the area I was visiting or what it would be like. Laura was really helpful & it all went smoothly. Everything is clean & well kept and her place is beautiful & rooms clean & breakfast was good. It was also a nice room just to sit in and read. Laura is musically talented & was performing in a small church in a Baroque performance one night I was there and that was very special to attend. Now I understand Rome a little more & I would certainly stay with Laura every visit. She does not intrude but was a great host.

Very well located accommodation, in the very lively Trastevere district, and spacious room. Diomira and her husband welcomed me very well, they even spoke French very well, and served me breakfast in the morning. I felt at home! Bonus for the cat :) Remember to take Quies balls because the neighborhood is noisy…

I highly recommend Valeria's accommodation. The spaces are all very clean, even the bathroom is impeccable. The location is strategic and is just a few steps from the Lucio Sestio stop on Metro A, so it is also well connected to the city centre. Valeria is one of our wonderful people: very helpful and attentive to the guest, she will satisfy all your needs, even for breakfast. I hope to go back.
