Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Aventine Hill

Paolo is a great host! Our party arrived at different times and he made sure we all got in to the apartment without issues. The apartment itself is exactly as described and in a great location, within a 5 to 10 minute walk to Trastevere, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Campo Fiori, and many other sites, and within a 20 minute walk to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum area. Being so centrally located we were able to walk practicality everywhere we wanted to go. Great location and great host.

Wonderful, quaint, neighborhood in a perfect location, close to Spanish steps but far enough away from the crowds. Very quiet at night!! Breathtakingly gorgeous view from the balcony. Treasure Rome’s Brian and Karina (our delightful greeter) were attentive to detail from the time of booking to arranging a taxi last night. A fabulous cafe at the adjacent street for the best morning cappuccino. Our family of four adults found the space tight, especially the 2nd bdrm for our daughters, very limited space to keep clothing & luggage….That said, with such fabulous restaurants, shopping and sights, just away from the business, we decided we preferred the cosy, clean, well appointed apartment with gorgeous views of nature. Next time, we shall pack much less!

The location is perfect for walking to the various sites in Rome! There is lots to do and explore within a 5-10 minute walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Firstly, Valentina made everything so welcoming and easy. She was so kind and thoughtful and accommodating. I’ve used a lot of AirBnBs and I have to say this was by far one of the best hosts! The apartment is beautiful and so well equipped!! It’s bigger than I expected and so safe and quiet - yet in the BEST possible part of Rome. Trastevere is incredible and authentic and lively yet relatively more free of tourists. If you want to see more of an Italian vibe, you have to stay here. I couldn’t believe how lucky I got with this accommodation and I can’t thank Valentina enough for this really special stay. I would re-book in a heartbeat! 🙏❤️

Had a wonderful stay in Rome! This apartment was exactly as described. It’s small but it contains everything you need and more. The location is absolutely perfect and makes it easy to walk anywhere! Our host and co host are were extremely helpful. Thanks for the experience!

Beautiful apartment with a great host. Probably one of our favorite stays. Easy to find with her directions. Elevator was amazing with our luggage (was going on a cruise so had more than normal) and we used the AC one afternoon. Balcony was nice but just know you are on a busy street. There is a market across the street and a Coffee bar under the balcony with quick food too. 5 minutes into Trastevere for our food and wine tour. Super easy.

Just came back from a relaxing stay at this Air BnB. The place is close to all major attractions, whether you decide to take the Metro or walk like we did. It also has everything you need and has two.spacious rooms which is an added bonus. Ranieri is a great host and was very helpful and clear in responding to any queries. Highly recommended. Prash

The apartment was exactly as in the photo, clean and close to the bus stop that takes you to the centre. Mario is super helpful!

Francesca's house is very human, with lots of interesting little things on the bookshelf, like a little museum.We were made to feel at home with wine and snacks upon check-in.The location of the house is also very good, there is a grocery store downstairs, it is very convenient to buy water and snacks, and there are two restaurants with high Google Maps scores, the taste is superb!After checking in, Francesca took the initiative to ask if we were staying well. We said that the weather was a little hot, but the room did not have air conditioning, only the living room had air conditioning, which bothered us a little, and she immediately sent an electric fan.Thank you Francesca for giving us a great experience!

Super helpful and friendly host, lovely outdoor space and house equipped with all the necessary services. I recommend it to anyone looking for a little peace and relaxation in a very convenient location and close to all services but also quiet and secluded. Experience to redo!

We had a remarkable stay, a quiet green corner, far from the tumult, perfect after a day of criss-crossing the streets and monuments of Rome. The villa is spacious and comfortable, the pool is a haven of relaxation. Regarding the villa, nothing is missing, the layout has been thought out and the kitchen has all the everyday objects to prepare a good meal. Each request is taken into account quickly by the owners so that you can benefit from the best conditions during your stay. It is obvious that our next visit to this beautiful city of Rome will pass through this rental.

I cannot recommend this Iris and her airbnb enough! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could possibly think of. This was our favorite place to stay out of the few airbnbs we did on the trip and if I could do it all over again I would choose Iris' airbnb for the entire trip. She was also super responsive, helpful, and gave clear instructions with the self check in. Great host! Great place!

One of the best of the many Airbnbs I've stayed in. We could really feel that we were staying in someone's real family home, and Sabina took real care in making us feel at home, even leaving us champagne, fruit, bread and local sweets -- really above and beyond. We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers and loved our stay (and wish we could have stayed longer). Very charming neighborhood outside the main stressy area of central Rome!

Our hostess was very friendly and accommodating. She responded very quickly to questions and requests. The place was great. Clean, pleasant and everything you needed was there and even a little more 🥰 I recommend Sylvia and her accommodation with a clear conscience and look forward to my next visit there.

This is the best place to stay in at Rome. The location is more than perfect. The apartment was very clean, and it was so comfy, like you are in your own home. The host was very helpful and friendly. I recommend for sure!!!

We feel at home! The apartment was exactly like the one described, as well as very smelling right when we opened the door! We have utensils necessary for all meals, we are able to prepare our breakfast every day and even dinner. A great location, a quiet spot near the metro station. Not to mention that Francesco was an excellent host, responding super fast, gave us several tips on where to go and what to eat and was always willing to help!

Sonia and Luca were such thoughtful and welcoming hosts—they truly went the extra mile to make us feel at home. From the moment we arrived, they took the time to walk us through the apartment, share helpful tips about the neighborhood, and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth and easy stay. The apartment itself was a gem—modern, beautifully set up, and incredibly child-friendly. It had everything we could have hoped for, especially for our little toddler who absolutely loved it! There were toys, space to play, and such a calm, peaceful atmosphere—perfect for families looking to unwind away from the city’s usual bustle. Everything felt so well thought-out and fully equipped.
