Welcome to my newly renovated house with garden and a heated pool on the southern outskirts of Vienna. You will be in the center of Vienna or on the airport in no time. The interior and the terrace is lovingly and with then help of Syntax Architects designed. Modern art, design furniture, high-speed internet, air condition, smart TV with Netflix, workspace and a modern eat-in kitchen are standard. On a total of 210 m2 space you can live comfortably and explore the extraordinary sights of Vienna.

The bungalow is located in a quiet part of Bad Ischl with scenic views of the surrounding mountains. A large garden offers space to relax or enjoy fun and games with kids. No traffic noise will disturb you. In front of the bungalow is your designated and free parking spot. The world-famous towns Hallstatt and St. Wolfgang are roughly within a 20km radius, and Salzburg is approximately 50km away. A true highlight in summer are the numerous lakes close to Bad Ischl that invite you for a swim.

Welcome to the heart of Carinthia. Detached cottage at 1200 meters, surrounded by forests and flower meadows in a sunny hillside location, overlooking the surrounding mountain ranges. The holiday home with its open construction, the large windows and the combination of wooden ceilings, granite stone floor with underfloor heating conveys a light-flooded flair. The fireplace leaves cold winter evenings with a glass of wine in a cozy ambience and pleasant warmth.

Our house is located in a quiet, secluded location. The town center and the Rauris high alpine cable cars are within minutes walking distance. You can reach the Kreuzbodenbahn in 10 minutes and the town center with shopping is a 15-minute walk. In order to enjoy your vacation after skiing, sledding or hiking, our sauna in the basement is perfect for ending a wonderful day and/or making yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace in the living-dining area.

In addition to the fantastic view of the mountains, you will find many hiking trails, ski slopes and much more in the immediate vicinity. 5 minutes by car to Seefeld, where you will find all amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. After just a 20-minute drive, you will reach our federal capital Innsbruck.
