The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Fichterhof

Our Fichtern farm is located at the foot of the Bichlalm approx. 20 minutes walk from the city center and is home to 15 horses and 2 ponies. The apartment is located in the attic with extra entrance and has a living room with sofa bed and balcony, bedroom with double bed, kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker. Bathroom with shower and bathtub and an extra toilet. Our tap water is the best in the world, you don't have to carry still water.

Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
