Holiday rentals with a sauna in Aurach bei Kitzbühel

Our stay at this beautiful mountain home was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and the cozy, welcoming feel of the space. The home was impeccably clean, well equipped, and clearly cared for with love. Every detail from the soft linens to the thoughtful touches like homemade brownies made us feel right at home. Waking up to the sunrise over the mountains, enjoying our coffee on the balcony, and stargazing at night were unforgettable highlights. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, and we left feeling refreshed and reconnected with nature. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made check in a breeze. If you're looking for a serene retreat in the mountains, look no further, this place is a true gem. We can’t wait to return!

The apartment was well furnished and as described. Ideal for our ski trip. Hahnenkammbahn can be reached by ski bus or taxi (€25 for a large taxi). Fleckalmbahn is also easily accessible. Would book the apartment again 👍 Communication with Johanna was also flawless

This apartment was great to be in. Two large good rooms, which was perfect as we travelled with small children. Otherwise, the area is incredibly beautiful, and we really enjoyed being there.

I had an amazing stay with stunning views and an amazing breakfast that catered to all tastes. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. Overall, a perfect getaway with beautiful views, great breakfast, and excellent amenities. Highly recommend!

We were able to book the apartment in the basement (formerly garage) with Andrea for the ski vacation at short notice and were especially pleased about the great location (close to the elevator, but still very quiet). The apartment was as shown in the photos and we found everything we needed, even for cooking. Check in/out was seamless. Thank you for the lovely stay!

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

We had a blast. The room exceeded our expectations. The ski slopes were only short rive away with free parking available. Ski bus was also available. Amazing place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Ski bus in front of the door, you can also use the facilities of the hotel. Quiet atmosphere and the apartment has all the comforts. Excellent accommodation with great beds, not a moment regretted our booking!

Very nice accommodation, extremely central but still a little away from the hustle and bustle. Opposite the Hahnenkammbahn. Great interior with open fireplace. Kitchen perfectly furnished. No wishes left unfulfilled. We were there as a big family. Perfect for 8 people. Each room has its own bathroom. Additional guest toilet. Great!

Modern, clean flat in a fantastic location with everything we needed for a fantastic ski break. So convenient to the gondola, restaurants, kids' ski school, etc. Christian met us on arrival to show us around, and they provided restaurant recommendations as well. We had a terrific stay! Thank you.

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

Great place with insanely good amenities

also very helpful with many short-term changes and no problem to implement them. be it a spontaneous rebooking of the desired period, one more person and individual wishes for more "single" sleepers than normal. I can only highly recommend the host!

Her place was great and it accommodated 5 Adults and 3 children very well! We were extremely pleased!

Excellent home with plenty of space for a family of four. There are actually many board games, a grill, a gazebo and many personal belongings of the owners give the impression of home comfort (honestly I'm surprised by so much trust, many things are family memories, it would be a shame if someone accidentally damaged something). The infrared sauna is mediocre, except maybe as entertainment for children. But still it's very nice that it exists. Everything was great, the only thing that was a bit confusing was the constant gardening of the owner's parents. They are great, nice and polite conversation partners, but they lacked a little privacy. Still, I expected to rent a separate house with its own territory where no strangers would constantly come (although, I repeat, they are very nice people!).

We had a great holiday here! You feel immediately arrived and nothing is missing, everything is very clean and prepared with a lot of love, it doesn't get any better! The highlight is, of course, the large heated pool. The town of Rott was also the perfect starting point for many excursions in the area and you will find everything you need there as well as many beautiful restaurants. The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage
