Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Astúrias Beach

We rented the house to go to the next wedding and we went in 10 people, the house is very big, the space held everyone, the space was clean, organized, in the kitchen it had all the utensils, from large pans to shapes, mixer, blender, we don't need to take anything from home, very complete. The well-distributed rooms, all being suites, very quiet check in, the stay was very quiet and as everyone commented on the trip, a house that tastes like to rent, sure if we went to Guarujá again is where we will stay. we thank the hosts for responding quickly as I sent msg before leaving the house asking if I had large pot to make food for 10 people and he responded immediately, helping that part. the village were kind to leave toilet papers in the bathrooms, in the kitchen tbm had napkin, toothpick, things that in other non-existent stays, the house has an excellent security, swimming pool and barbecue was clean Anyway they can rent without fear

Good , first I don't even know what I liked anymore , whether it was the property or the charisma and sympathy of the hosts , I travel a lot and have never seen such a lovely host like Samir 👏 At the beginning, they made the checkin and checkout relaxed, which for us was PERFECT and always responding to us very quickly . ABOUT the HOUSE : sensational , has all the utensils in the kitchen , I did not miss absolutely Nothing , including drinking water and ice cream in the kitchen every day . The mattresses are comfortable , clean bath towels, new soaps in all suites, full bedding and excellent furniture. SECURITY : note 10 , we went to the beach and left the whole house open and we did not touch or the doors ,The super quiet condominium, we heard only the sound of the birds. We will certainly return . Gratitude❤️

Always very attentive, helpful and quick to respond, she made us feel welcome from the first contact. Your kindness and availability made the experience even more special. Those were days of true rest and tranquility. The house provided us with so much comfort that we hardly felt like leaving. The stay this time was a long shot as it was a beautiful fit for the photos but without evaluation, so it had probably just been listed. Maybe I was the first guest and it turned out to be a great surprise, we left happy! Its location is sensational (galleries), but besides the location, the property is just as great! The sea view is a high point and parallels the lodging on a cruise, since the apt is surrounded by water! It is a high standard property, all equipped (AC in all rooms, modern shower, full kitchen) and because it is modernized it already has its living room integrated with the huge balcony (glazed and integrated between living rooms and bedrooms) which makes it even more comfortable. There are 6 people in comfort in the 3 main rooms plus 6 in the other bedroom with bunk beds. Has NO protective screens on the windows (attention). The building is very old but well maintained and has two very good pools for when it is saturated with the beach… It has 1 parking space demarcated. I highly recommend it!

Great location, everything nearby, market, shopping. The staff of the building are very friendly, with beach service, they take the chairs to the beach. The apartment is gorgeous, with a wonderful sea view.

Our stay at Ana Flávia's apartment in Guarujá was excellent! The place was very clean and well organised. The apartment has two bedrooms, one of them being an en-suite, both very comfortable. The bathroom was also spotless. The entrance was super practice: the condominium uses a facial reader and the apartment door works with a numerical password, which greatly facilitated our access without the need for keys. The kitchen is great, fully functional, and we greatly took advantage of the barbecue area, which was also in perfect condition. The balcony is wonderful, perfect for relaxing. All spaces were pleasant and well cared for. We just missed another room, as we were in three couples, but that didn't hinder our experience. Without a doubt, Guarujá has gotten even better with this hosting. We highly recommend it!

Great apartment in a convenient location, and I doubt you could find a better view anywhere in Santos. Sueli was super helpful, too, especially as I don't speak much Portuguese.

The condominium is beautiful and the employees are attentive and helpful. The accommodation has everything you need for very comfortable stays. An impeccable decoration, very clean and very beautiful, we love and certainly indicate. The hostess is very attentive too, readily willing to help us.

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

The apartment is great! Cozy, very organized and with an ideal spa to relax. We arrived easily at the place and checked in without any problems. We'll be back for sure!

the apartment matches the description very well, there is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location, the beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close
