Holiday rentals with a patio in Astúrias Beach

Wonderful space, identical to the photos, we lacked nothing. Clean place, with all the utensils we needed. The entire structure of the hotel corresponds to the descriptions, everything wonderful. There's nothing to complain about, we'll definitely be back. Alex always very attentive and quick to answer.

I had an excellent experience during my stay in Guarujá from 17 to 21/04! The place is exactly the same as in the pictures — clean, cozy and very well taken care of. The location is great, with easy access to the beach and local shops. I was very well received, with attention and sympathy from the host, which made all the difference. It all worked perfectly and I felt super comfortable. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

The stay was great, as were the guidelines from the host Daniel. Nearby markets, gas stations, gyms and restaurants too. A single addendum to the negative points was the bad smell in the bedding, the sofa that had some stains of past dirt and the curtains, as they were not blackout, it was very bright inside the studio in the morning. Still, we would return to the studio in the future.

I stayed in Beatriz's apartment twice and I will certainly return. The apartment is beautiful and cozy, with a privileged view! It has everything you need for a long stay. Very complete and everything working. The beds are comfortable and the showers work well! The building is wonderful with a very clean pool, gym and game room. The staff are friendly and attentive. Beatriz was very kind and always attentive to our needs. Many thanks for everything !

Good , first I don't even know what I liked anymore , whether it was the property or the charisma and sympathy of the hosts , I travel a lot and have never seen such a lovely host like Samir 👏 At the beginning, they made the checkin and checkout relaxed, which for us was PERFECT and always responding to us very quickly . ABOUT the HOUSE : sensational , has all the utensils in the kitchen , I did not miss absolutely Nothing , including drinking water and ice cream in the kitchen every day . The mattresses are comfortable , clean bath towels, new soaps in all suites, full bedding and excellent furniture. SECURITY : note 10 , we went to the beach and left the whole house open and we did not touch or the doors ,The super quiet condominium, we heard only the sound of the birds. We will certainly return . Gratitude❤️

Everything as agreed with Robson. He guided us before about everything in the house and the neighborhood. Location close to the market, gas station, pharmacy and the beach. No news and we will definitely return soon. I recommend it!!!

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

It was wonderful td, we love every corner, detail, place, a great location, td mt well clean, the polite and loving mt gatekeepers, perfect td. We felt super comfortable - like at home!! We have nothing to complain about. I intend to return smp, with certainty.❤️

The loft was impeccable: super clean, well decorated, cozy and organized. Everything very well thought out, with kitchen utensils that perfectly suited our needs. The condominium is great, with good structure and helpful employees. The location is also excellent, facing the beach and with beach service, which made our stay a lot easier. The apartment is located in a great area of Santos (channel 4). The building's differential is that it has a parking space and a swimming pool. Marcelo responds to messages very quickly! The house is well-equipped and comfortable, we didn't miss anything. We only stayed 2 days, but I think it would serve us well for longer
