Claudia always super prompt and responsive. The apartment is exactly as described. Perfect location just a few minutes from the beach. Quiet street. Quiet condominium. Very hot pool with a beautiful view. Porter's very dearest. The beach has more hectic waves. Wouldn't recommend for families with kids. It has structure with restaurants and kiosks. As we went during New Year's Eve I found the beach quite full, nothing different from the others. We really want to come back in low season because we think everything is perfect

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. The place was very clean and well maintained. The host, Enzo, was very polite and cordial throughout the stay. Wonderful place near Praia das Astúrias and very close to the best bakery in Guarujá, Padaria Rafael Vidal, it is very worthwhile to visit!!!! The stay was very invigorating and I hope to have another opportunity to stay again soon!!!!

ola, we only have positive points to highlight, starting with the location close to the beach that you can go on foot, both on Tombo beach and at Das Asturias, with great bakery and nearby shops. As for the apartment and exactly as in the pictures and description, house of family environment, super quiet and safe. About the hosts always responded quickly and always helpful in helping, both Denise and Edy, who was the one who greeted us onsite and passed all the house instructions, we were able to enjoy the place and all the amenities very well and we will certainly be back.

The apartment is sensational, very new, clean and organized. It is located in the best region of Guarujá. The garage in the building itself and the beach service made the experience even more satisfying. O Flávio is an extremely thoughtful guy. They were wonderful days and we will definitely be back.

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

Great location: bars, bakeries, supermarket, restaurants and ice cream parlours nearby. Very polite staff. Daniela is always helpful and friendly, we were very well taken care of. Great experience, I recommend it and we will stay again when we return to Santos.

local is safe and I walked at dawn to see the sunrise on two nearby beaches, the path is safe and very close to the two beaches is close to a good market restaurant and pharmacy on the same street and the very cozy house, there was ball games , I did not know how to touch the TV but I believe that it works , the neighborhood is quiet is not noisy place to sleep quiet, the house was identified to the advertisement was clean and organized.

Excellent apartment, exactly as advertised. We went with friends to spend the new year, the region is super quiet and safe, we did everything on foot. The condominium is close to two beaches: Asturias (4 min) and Praia do Tombó (10 min). You can also find nearby services such as a market, oxxo, pharmacy. Isabel welcomed us very well and assisted us throughout the stay! We will definitely be coming back more often 😄

The accommodation was great, the space was clean and organized and according to the images. We had an unforeseen event with the broken car on site, and Pedro and his father helped us get more time waiting for the taxi and insurance tow. It was great and I would definitely return to the space.

A great accommodation. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, as a very good and safe location, close to restaurants, market and especially very close to Tombo beach. The only small problem would be the lack of enough dishes to cook and pillows. Nothing that gets in the way of the experience as a whole. Anyway, I recommend it.
