Andrea is the best host ever! This is my second stay at one of her apartments. She is super responsive, helpful and friendly. Goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The place at Rua Oscar Freire is amazing, location is unbeatable, super comfortable, well-equipped and nice apartment, with so many nice little touches. Highly, highly recommended, you can't go wrong here. Book with confidence!

It was good the stay! I took my children and although the building did not have a playroom, the apartment was spacious and the building had a gym and swimming pool. A differential for me was having a feeding chair, piggy bank, dryer… even items like cotton and cotton swab. Andrea, who did all the communication with me, was very helpful and kind. Leaving the building, you see the Allianz, very close. I recommend it.

Our stay was lovely. Andrea was a great host, beautiful space, walkable neighborhood with great options in every direction. Andrea was very responsive and very helpful. The kind, generous and joyous spirit of Brazil made this space a lovely reprieve and vacation. We cannot wait to come back to São Paulo.

Renato super attenento, which reflects in the apartment, beautiful, comfortable, equipped. Best location in São Paulo, restaurant, supermarket, bakery, bars, best neighborhood. We felt at home. Friendly concierge staff, neighbours. It was a special and cozy stay. No doubt on my list of favorites in SP, a city that I love. Thanks Renato. I already miss the routine in São Paulo.

Our stay was wonderful! The place is beautiful, the view is fantastic and the whole accommodation is very comfortable. The kitchen is quite complete. Our dogs enjoyed it a lot. I recommend and would be back for sure! Walking around the historic centre, which is nearby, was also really nice. I didn't go on foot to the beach or the historic centre because the slope to the accommodation was quite steep and I didn't want to be going back and forth with the dogs, but in general, everything is very close and easily accessible. It's worth it!

Apartment 514 is amazing! In the heart of Av Paulista, it is a very comfortable and surprisingly quiet space. Well decorated, it has air conditioning and an electric shower in great working order and some kitchen equipment. Close to many attractions, the flat is next to MASP, close to Padaria Bella Paulista, pharmacies and various services. The Trianon MASP subway station is on the same sidewalk as the building, making it very easy to get around the city of São Paulo.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and Luiz is very helpful! It made me want to live there! I cooked every day and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment! I will definitely be back!

Good apartment, close to shopping and a quiet neighborhood

Great location, with easy access to the subway, restaurant and all the necessary conveniences to stay for a season. It has a daily cleaning service, making your stay much easier. Paulo was an excellent host, quick and clear in his responses. I'll definitely be back.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was impeccable, beautifully decorated and with all the amenities I could need. The location was perfect — close to everything, but at the same time quiet and peaceful. The host was extremely welcoming and attentive, giving great local tips and ensuring I felt at home. I especially loved the cozy touches, such as the fresh sheets, the welcome gift and the comfortable furniture. I would definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed the stay. Very well located for corporate travel, close to Shopping Morumbi. The commercial area below has everything: coffee, pizzeria, hairdresser, market, etc. Very convenient. The apartment is cozy, with a wonderful view. The gym is very practical

Impeccable apartment! Extremely clean, organized and with every detail thought out to provide a comfortable and welcoming experience. From coffee and chocolate capsules as a welcome to small items such as sewing threads and needles available for emergencies. Everything has been prepared with great care. Attention to detail really makes a difference. I highly recommend it!
