The apartment is exactly as in the photos: beautiful, clean and super organized. The building is listed — a real find for architecture lovers. For this reason, the balcony doors are original and do not completely block out external noise. This didn't bother me, but it can be a point of attention for those who have light sleep. Life there is enchanting, and the swing on the balcony gives a special charm to the experience. I recommend exploring the restaurants in the area, which are amazing — especially REVO, which is on the back street.

Great apartment and great condominium. Spacious, complete, well maintained and comfortable. A/C working in every room, good showers, Wi-Fi, everything perfect. Building on the main avenue, exit facing the beach street, safe and complete condominium (swimming pool, games room, and beach service) Friendly and proactive host from the start.

About our Carnival hosting, it was really nice! Danielly very helpful, people of the very friendly building with the whole family. The very nice apartment itself, everyone liked it. Excellent rooms, the living room is immense. Full kitchens for all meals. Very nice beach service.

I spent the weekend in the apartment and it was a great experience! The site is exactly as described in the listing, very clean, organized and well located. The view is incredible, and the structure of the apartment offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very attentive and helpful, quickly answering questions and making sure everything was perfect for our stay. In addition, check-in and check-out were super easy and hassle-free. I recommend the accommodation for those looking for a cozy and well located place in Guarujá. I would definitely stay here again!

My stay at Daniel's apartment in Santos, SP, was simply amazing! The space is very well equipped and clean, providing all the comfort that my family and I expected. The location is excellent, close to the beach and several amenities, the view is fantastic. Daniel was a kind and attentive host, always available to answer any questions. He really cares about the guest experience, which made all the difference. It certainly exceeded my expectations and I recommend it to everyone looking for a pleasant stay in Santos- Ponta da Praia! Our stay was excellent, Ronaldo answered all our questions before we even made the reservation. Communication with the boys who work at the entrance was great, they are helpful and very polite. The apartment is in perfect condition, has all the kitchen utensils and met our expectations very well. Even though the view is lateral, it's beautiful!! The windows all with a safety net made us much more relaxed. The region is very good, it has everything nearby and because it is at the end of the Astúrias waterfront, it ends up being more reserved, which is a differential, it has tents and also vendors with all kinds of food. The beach is good for children, the waterfront is quiet and our little one enjoyed it a lot!! Everything else was great, Ronaldo has excellent communication and served us super well!!

Great stay. The view and location of the apartment is wonderful. We felt at home. We stayed a month, but we would stay longer for sure! Super recommend. Host Alberto is very friendly and has served us super well.

We had a fantastic weekend stay in Guarujá at this beautiful beachfront apartment overlooking Pitangueiras Beach. The view was absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself was spotless, stylishly furnished, and perfectly located. It's just steps away from great restaurants like Tahiti—which is a must-try! Kalanit & Juliana were exceptional hosts—super responsive, welcoming, and full of helpful local recommendations. They even met us at check-in to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Guarujá!

This place was definitely great to stay in. The owner was so helpful and communicated with us really good about the place and places to go. The place itself was super clean and looked just like the pictures, beautiful place to stay and the view was very nice as well. We walked to the beach and gave us a full service with chairs, umbrellas for free, food and drinks to purchase !!! Our experience there was awesome !! For the second time I go to Paula's apartment and it's always an amazing experience! The aperture is perfect, exactly as in the photos, organization and leisure options of the building, besides the attention of the porters is a differential of the apartment. We will definitely stay more often!

Alex's apartment is impeccable. everything is new, well organized, clean, the apartment is comfortable, close to the market and also the beach. Still a quiet place with no noise. The condominium is exceptional, you can use the leisure areas that were great. Alex answered everything promptly. Our experience was excellent. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

The stay was great, as were the guidelines from the host Daniel. Nearby markets, gas stations, gyms and restaurants too. A single addendum to the negative points was the bad smell in the bedding, the sofa that had some stains of past dirt and the curtains, as they were not blackout, it was very bright inside the studio in the morning. Still, we would return to the studio in the future.

We loved our stay, the apartment was exactly as in the listing, it was very clean and organized, Fellipe was very attentive to us and in the condominium we were very well received by the employees. The view is sensational and close to the beach. Around there is everything, the apartment is very well located. In a new opportunity we are sure to return.
