Our stay was perfect and exceeded all expectations! The apartment is amazing, super cozy and very well located. A Nathalia and Mr. Elizeu were exceptional, super caring and kind hosts. Condomínio is super complete, with an exceptional structure and with extremely educated employees. Everything cooperated so that the stay was impeccable. I recommend too much and I hope to return soon.

This place is wonderful and has a well-equipped kitchen, with an easy-to-find location and close to all shops. It is very clean and has high-end furniture. The only negative point is the double bed, which is very hard. However, the sofa is and the sea view is amazing.'

Wonderful space, identical to the photos, we lacked nothing. Clean place, with all the utensils we needed. The entire structure of the hotel corresponds to the descriptions, everything wonderful. The stay was great, as were the guidelines from the host Daniel. Nearby markets, gas stations, gyms and restaurants too. A single addendum to the negative points was the bad smell in the bedding, the sofa that had some stains of past dirt and the curtains, as they were not blackout, it was very bright inside the studio in the morning. Still, we would return to the studio in the future.

Get ready to get out of this place wanting to live there. What a wonderful apartment. What an amazing view! Truly breathtaking and make anyone forget any problem and just feel, enjoy and enjoy. Felipe was extremely attentive to the guidelines and responded promptly. the apartment is amazing, very beautiful and comfortable. The sea view is something inexplicable, apart from the fact that the region is super safe with a lot of private security and policing. Another key point is that it has everything and you can do it on foot, beach, market, pharmacies, Burger King, Blue Fit gym, Geronimo restaurant. There are plenty of good restaurants with good music on the waterfront. The rooms are extremely comfortable and hotel standard. The condominium has several swimming pools, a jacuzzi and a sauna. The staff are extremely polite and mw helped with everything I needed to use the leisure area and beach services. I made sure to give as much detail as possible because I've stayed in other places and regretted it because it didn't match the ad.

My family and I had a great stay. We thank host Daniela for their attention and availability to assist us whenever necessary. We were received by Mr. Cláudio, which readily accommodated us, both were very courteous and helpful. The apartment is complete, cozy and ideal for resting. We enjoyed beautiful days of sunshine, which made everything even more special. We recommend for sure, not only for the excellent space, but also for the reception, which made all the difference.

Best view in the area! Fully air-conditioned apartment, perfect for hot days. Two complete suites with king bed, full kitchen, perfectly functioning internet, smart TV and amenities. Very polite, proactive and flexible hosts. Check in Quick and staff of the Building very solicited and polite. A pity that the recreational areas of the building are not open to the guest, but this is warned in the listing! Important notice that the apartment has the balcony/windows locked for opening, for security, we do not care and made no difference, the air conditioning is perfect, but it can be a matter for those who care. The Fico building on the galheta hill, super close to the beach of stilts. I recommend and would come back.

Me and my family We spent four days of the Carnival holiday. The accommodation corresponds to the listing, everything working perfectly, air-conditioning and TV in all the bedrooms, kitchen utensils that serve perfectly well, very cozy barbecue area, beautiful view of the sunset, pool was clean every day. The building is well located, quiet neighborhood, a few minutes from the beach. Marcio always showed up and Fabi was very dear and attentive in all our lodging, always responding immediately. I highly recommend it.

Very good, location close to the beach, close to restaurants and markets. However, we find the garage very difficult to maneuver a truck, it is not impossible but it is very tight. If you had more car on site, it would be impossible. But everything went well and loved the house.
