we were amazed by the APT, very spacious, airy, great location. Everything I needed I found here in the APT. utensils, microwave, not to mention the barbecue which is fantastic. great INTERNET support, market, wine cellar, bakery, snack bar, tobacco shop....speechless, great, great, great. Finally, ELÍSIO was super attentive and the reception was very well organized and very friendly. Now we just have to plan a new trip and we will definitely be back soon 🙏🙏

This place was definitely great to stay in. The owner was so helpful and communicated with us really good about the place and places to go. The place itself was super clean and looked just like the pictures, beautiful place to stay and the view was very nice as well. We walked to the beach and gave us a full service with chairs, umbrellas for free, food and drinks to purchase !!! Our experience there was awesome !! The house is large and is on a quiet street. It has cameras and electric fence. The hosts are friendly and kind. I took a bad weather weekend, but I loved the beach of Guaiuba. I'm already planning to come back.

Good , first I don't even know what I liked anymore , whether it was the property or the charisma and sympathy of the hosts , I travel a lot and have never seen such a lovely host like Samir 👏 At the beginning, they made the checkin and checkout relaxed, which for us was PERFECT and always responding to us very quickly . ABOUT the HOUSE : sensational , has all the utensils in the kitchen , I did not miss absolutely Nothing , including drinking water and ice cream in the kitchen every day . The mattresses are comfortable , clean bath towels, new soaps in all suites, full bedding and excellent furniture. SECURITY : note 10 , we went to the beach and left the whole house open and we did not touch or the doors ,The super quiet condominium, we heard only the sound of the birds. We will certainly return . Gratitude❤️

the apartment matches the description very well, there is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location, the beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close

Very nice, cozy property has everything that is described in the announcement, Knut is extremely attentive and the staff of the building were well educated and helpful. I didn't pay attention to wireless connection (wi-fi) before booking the stay, that's a downside, I leave the review just for improvement, the rest was all according to the listing and the instructions.
