Monthly Rentals in Assisi

We very much enjoyed the apartment. It’s perfectly located in the heart of Assisi. Yet it is very peaceful and the views to the valley are stunning. We would like to point out the extreme cleanliness as well as the responsiveness of the host Elisa. We will most likely rent with her again, there are more beautiful apartments they are renting off.

Its centre of everything, 5 min walk to basilica and bus stop and car park. The view is towards a church feels like spiritual, you can’t be wrong with staying in her place

We stayed in three places during our trip to Italy and this place was by far our favorite! We absolutely loved the layout of the house, the balcony with the gorgeous view, and the location in Assisi. It was very clean and we really enjoyed the extra space of the downstairs living room. We missed the on-suite bathroom the first night since the door was closed (we assumed it was a closet) and were pleasantly surprised when our daughter opened the door the next day and we had a whole bathroom to ourselves! We had a good laugh about that! I guess we didn't pay attention to that detail in the description of the house. We unfortunately, didn't really use the outdoor terrace. It is detached from the house and up some adventurous steps. We didn't feel comfortable up there with our daughter, but it would be great for adults to sit and relax. The view is amazing. I hated to leave! We would definitely stay again!
