Condo holiday rentals in Assisi

This place was in a great location of town closer to entrance to the town and by the Basilica of San Francesco. The views from the top floor were great! The bedrooms were spacious. It was helpful to have a kitchen although we didn’t use it besides the fridge which was a good size. We knew the bathroom was small especially the shower when compared to what we were used to in the USA but it worked out and did the job. The unit is at the top floor of the building which has a couple flights of stairs to climb up but the views made it worth it and I think it was a bit quieter from being higher up too as the roads are busy during the day with cars driving by. We all slept well and weren’t bothered much by the cars in the evening as it is a bigger road for Assisi. We would definitely rent this place again. Remember to bring some euros for the travelers/visitors tax.

My sister and I absolutely loved Stefania’s gorgeous apartment! It’s a pretty, central location in the old historic walls of Spello…and so charming in every way! We’ve never had a stay where absolutely everything has been thought of, and so many lovely fresh supplies provided. Stefania supplied everything from sparkling water, fresh fruit, pastries and biscuits, coffee and tea…as well as cereal, juice and yoghurt! You could happily have breakfast in the apartment…the supplies were just SO generous! The bedrooms were both very spacious, with beautiful bed linens and furnishings throughout. Great Airconditioning, although it was barely needed with the cool temp in the apartment…and having a washing machine and drying area let us catch upon our travel washing. Stefania went to a lot of trouble to give us recommendations (and directions) for local bars and restaurants, and was just a fabulous host all around! We’ll definitely be back again!!

We enjoyed this classic Italian apartment. It’s central location is superb, and we did not find it too noisy at night. The indoor temperature was surprisingly cool without AC (a benefit of a nice old stone building). We expected a basic kitchen from the photos - an espresso maker and electric kettle would have saved time in the morning. The gas stove (that must be lit) and Bialetti are not really suited for beginners. As with many places in Italy, we found the beds to be very firm. Overall, its charm contributed well to our lovely stay in Assisi. I would recommend this place!

I was in contact with Federica more than six months before arrival. She helped me with questions I had about the environment, was interested and was pleasant even though I flooded her with a lot of questions all the time she answered kindly and quickly. The night before we came, I asked if there was an iron in the apartment. Since there wasn't one and Frederica understood that it was important to me, she went and bought one. In the fridge, eggs, milk, and even avocados were waiting for us. There was a tea, butter and bread rivalry. Quality bath soaps and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. She was really waiting for us to come.

Really new apartment with private parking and easy access, super responsive host with great tips on what to do in the area. Nice feature the HUE lighting on all the apartment. Really quiet place where to relax but still close enough to the city center by car!

A big spacious apartment in a great location - easy short walk from the train station and a couple of minutes to the cathedral. Large supermarket practically opposite the front door. Didn’t interact much with the owner after check in - more because there was no need. Recommended.

Carlo's accommodation is much larger and more beautiful than you can see from the photos! Carlo is a fantastic person, he gave us countless tips on places to visit and many tips on restaurants in the area. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need, the linen and sheets were fragrant and very clean. In addition, he left us a wide choice of breakfast foods. What can I say, absolutely perfect in everything. I recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in the area. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay, traveling with my wife for a fair in Bastia, just a few minutes' drive away. Comfortable area with all amenities and private parking nearby. Great communication with the host, clean apartment, tidy with all the comforts. If I need to stay overnight in the area, I will definitely contact this property again! See you next time!

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

The place is great and great getaway to relax. Will highly suggest!! The oil was great.

Our stay at Charming Castle was wonderful and relaxing after sightseeing in Rome for a few days first. Perfect pool for the kids, very peaceful and quiet. Apartment was well stocked and cosy and the caretaker Nazarene was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

We had the most beautiful stay in Umbria! The location is perfectly remote and peaceful, yet just a short drive to town, an ideal balance. The home itself is stunning, with thoughtfully curated furnishings that make the space feel warm and inviting. Everything was spotless and well cared for. The gardens and landscaping are truly breathtaking: lush, serene, and clearly tended with love. We especially enjoyed the presence of the sweet farm animals and friendly dogs, which added so much charm and joy to our stay. Livia is a wonderful host. She was generous, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She offered great local tips and guidance, and even shared some of her delicious olive oil with us. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We would love to come back and experience each of the rooms... it's the kind of place you never want to leave. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic Umbrian escape!
