Summer house from 2008 is rented out on a weekly basis. The house is beautifully decorated with all modern amenities. The house has a nice view of Båring Vig both from the living room and from the loft. Prices vary depending on the period and length of the rental. A deposit of 100 euros is payable upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded upon departure if there is no damage to the house, and heating costs will be deducted. Electricity is billed according to the meter. An air-to-water heat pump, solar panels, and a wood-burning stove result in very low heating costs. Bring your own bedding.

Odense, which is located about 30 km from the house, is, as Denmark's 3rd largest city, certainly worth a visit. A really nice big city with many sights.

There is direct access to the water via a staircase leading down to a bathing jetty. Down by the water's edge you will find another terrace, perfect for morning coffee in the morning sun after a refreshing dip.
