Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Arzachena

The accommodation was large and spacious, two very nice renovated bathrooms, two very large terraces each with a very well-kept garden and a third roof terrace with panoramic views. The kitchen had everything we needed including a modern 4-field induction stove. The hot water worked flawlessly everywhere and there were comfortable garden furniture in sufficient numbers. The mattresses in the bedroom were also comfortable. In the neighboring village of Santa Teresa, which can be reached in a few minutes' drive, there is good and delicious gastronomy, which we have also enjoyed several times. We loved the whole area and our landlord Matteo and his team are easily accessible at all times if you need them. We'd love to come back! Thanks Matteo!

Location was amazing! We could walk a little path to the beach from behind the property. Our children loved playing soccer in the backyard and husband enjoyed the bbq grill. The smell of the jasmine was so heavenly! We highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

We had an absolutely amazing week here. We quickly felt at home here, and the kitchen was well stocked so cooking at home was simple. We had plenty of room and the outdoor area was lovely. Antonio was extremely helpful and him and his brother gave us loads of ideas of where to go and where to eat. A beach nearby had a few additional rules which they let us know about and provided items to help us if we chose to go there. We had a fantastic holiday, thank you 😊

New and very clean apartment. Cute town but still poorly equipped for tourists. Very nice beaches 45 minutes/1h.

The apartment was very functional and well-equipped. The terrace is always cool and provides a shaded space in case of hot weather. We didn't have to turn on the air conditioning, just the fan was enough. The apartment is not new but is in very good condition: clean and tidy. Host hospitality was friendly. We were greeted with fresh water bottles and small juices for the children by the owners. Budoni is a lively town with some evening activities for families, very nice. It is not especially quiet in the evening, it is a lively and noisy town at night, we could hear the music until late but that didn't stop us from sleeping. The apartment is 2-3min walk to a nice beach, clean and family-friendly, this one is not too crowded and is therefore easy to get there and spend the day. We had a pleasant stay with the family! What a lovely place ! Seeing the sunrise and sunset from the patio and/or balcony was absolutely stunning. The house was spacious and very clean, could do with some minor tweaks. The bars and restaurants are within walking distance and there is loads to see if you venture out by car. We would definitely come back

Excellent week at an impressive location. Direct access to the "Cala" (small beach) from the property and really nice sea-view. The property had everything it listed and included the use of a Kayak and a SUP.

Beautiful view onto the sea. Nice and peaceful house with veranda. It's a good place to chill and conveniently located relaveltively close to many nice beaches and Olbia airport. Luciano and his family were very kind hosts. The check out was however unusually early.

Beach house incl. direct access to the beach. A dream. Sunrises and the beach exceptional. The house has everything you need is well-equipped and very comfortable. Very nice stay. Frederica and her parents are very available and discreet. Beautiful beaches 10 minutes by car. Downtown is within a 5-minute walk, all shops. Clean and functional accommodation. Garden and flowered terrace where we had some meals and where we drank a local specialty, Mirto, delicious after a homemade coffee offered by our hosts. Very nice!

We spent two nights at this property. We especially liked that many things are within walking distance - even at the end of October. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we were never in the lounge or garden. Very close to the sea! In the small kitchen, we found almost everything. Nicola helped us with the olive oil😊. Paolo and his wife were extremely helpful with check-in and very flexible check-out. A small problem with the lock on the front door was quickly resolved within the day and Paolo was so kind as to also bring us a tray with typical Sardinian sweets. He was also always easily reachable even if there was no need and he took care to ask us halfway through the vacation if everything was okay. The apartment, as described, is clean, fully equipped and directly on the sea: wonderful to be able to have lunch and dinner outside with a beautiful view. There is a parking space on the property and also the outdoor hot shower, very convenient to avoid bringing sand and dirt into the apartment. The sea needs no description: crystal clear as only that of Sardinia can be. What can I say: too bad the vacation is already over. Thanks to Paolo and his family for their kindness and courtesy.
