Palau is an lovely town to stay and Tomasina is an excellent host. The apartment is in an excellent location with free street parking, a 10 minute walk to the main town area and 5 minutes to a lovely beach. The apartment has a small sunny balcony overlooking the water view and a large covered outdoor area off the kitchen area which was a cool area to sit with a nice breeze in the hot part of the day. Beach bag, towels and umbrella was a nice provision.

Host Simone is a spectacular person, extremely caring, attentive and kind. Since my flight arrived at dawn, he picked me up without me asking. Before I arrived, I asked for directions to places to visit and he gave me a fantastic itinerary. In addition, my reservation would expire one day after my departure and he also, without me requesting it, changed it so that I would have a refund. The apartment is extremely well located, with everything new and clean, exactly as described in the listing. The city of Olbia has a strategic location for visiting several beaches in the region. I highly recommend this trip.

It was one of the most pleasant stays I have ever had, the apartment in addition to being clean and recently renovated, is very functional due to the presence of the two bathrooms furnished with taste and impeccable in cleanliness. Well-furnished bedrooms in every detail, nice chromotherapy light on the headboard, each has a clothesline outside the window. The kitchen also has everything you need, new and well-maintained utensils and pots, and airtight containers. Alessandro is an available, friendly and responsive host, he did not make us miss anything and met all our expectations and needs. A contact not to be missed, we will definitely be back!

Maria is an enthusiastic host. She is flexible, communicative and gave good tips. The apartment is super located. Close to shopping street, harbour, beach, restaurants and bars. It is recommended to visit the beautiful area around Caletta from here.

Our stay in Pittulongu was super great, Leonardo is very friendly and accommodating! The surroundings are very nice, everything is close by and especially the 3 beaches near the apartment are great! Highly recommended.

Rosario was so so lovely and really helpful, one of the most hospitable hosts we've come across! The place is very close walk to pizzerias and the best beaches near Olbia. We would highly recommend the Airbnb. Fully equipped and has everything you might need!

We stayed 10 days at Rosi’s place with our 15 month kid and we had a great time there. It is close to the center so easy for shopping and go for coffee or drinks. There’s a small beach 2min walking, not the greatest of sardinia, but it was perfect to go with the kid. From Palau, you can very easily take a boat to visit the near islands or take the car to visit the north of Sardinia. Rosi’s place was clean, comfortable, well equiped and well located. She even provided us a bed and chair for the baby 👌 It was quite easy to park our car around (end of august). There are some free spots around (available early in the morning or in the evening) or a paying parking that we used a couple of time.

We absolutely loved our stay in Padru! The Stazzu is not only well-equipped with everything you might need, but also beautifully furnished with a warm and tasteful style that makes it feel at home :). You can tell a lot of care has gone into creating this lovely space. The location is truly amazing – wonderfully remote, offering complete peace, quiet qnd nature yet still close enough to easily reach some of Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches.

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

A very nice place, very comfortable, very clean and very new, the bed is super comfortable Simona answers very quickly. Very thoughtful, when we arrived the house was cool, they had turned on the air, there was fresh water, coffee, sugar, milk, breakfast options, etc. A 10. If we come back here, we'll definitely come back

Everything was great, beautiful conservatory and terrace, tennis court and pool were also perfect. Tennis rackets and tennis balls were also available in the apartment. With the resident parking permit provided, we were able to save money parking at the beaches. When the air conditioning and oven were on at the same time, the main fuse went out. But we were quickly helped where to find the switch. The wifi router once did not have internet, upon request Antonella contacted the provider and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes. So 5/5 stars for everything.

We had a wonderful 5 days in Agostina’s apartment . We swam daily in the beautiful clear waters of the sea just behind . We swam from the rocks . Lovely walking in the forests of the mountains near Vallacciola. Visited lots of the prehistoric Nuraghe and Other historic sights such as Castelsardo . Many thanks . The host is so friendly and very responsive. He helped make our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is as described and pictured and has been meticulously renovated and has all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and homely. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and garden area for dining. The location was optimal to access a lovely beach via a short walk or a shuttle service. There is also access to the resort facilities including a pool and a restaurant onsite. The local town which is a short 2 min drive has a supermarket, bakery, cafe, gelateria and a few restaurants. The airport is a short 15 min car ride and the main town of Olbia is close by too. We enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and coastline on the west and northern coast of the island. We look forward to returning very soon !

Well-equipped apartment with washing machine and even vacuum cleaner. The complex is not very pretty to look at, but the apartment inside is great! Very nicely designed and super clean. However, you definitely need a car to explore the area. The nearest beach is a few minutes away by car.

The stay and the apartment was very nice. The view of the sea and Corsica from the balcony is beautiful. The location of the Appartement is very good. The nearest beach is a few minutes' walk away. The Capo Testa can also be reached on foot in 15 or by car in 5 minutes. Santa Teresa can be reached in 15 minutes for strolling, shopping or dining. Many thanks to Antonella and Claudia. Good location and accomodation. Great to have new pots and pans, usually these are scratched beyond useable. The bedsheets might need some upgrade, then it would be perfect.

We spent a wonderful week at Ilaria's with our sons (4 + 5 years).😊 The apartment was very clean and very quiet. Ilaria was extremely helpful and always quick/very easy to reach. Our absolute highlight was the dinners on the terrace/balcony with amazing views. The highlight of our sons was the beautiful pool.

Our stay was fantastic! We were greeted by Marco, who has shown us the territory and property, and was very welcoming and polite, answered all my questions and supported us during the stay. Check-in/check-out were smooth. Territory is absolutely stunning. It was the beginning of the season, not much people there, so it was really quiet. We enjoyed it. Parking is close and convenient. Apartment is spotless clean with a huge beautiful terrace. We have spent most of our time there. Kitchen is very well-equipped. I am cooking a lot, so I have appreciated like-new kitchen utensils, big and clean fridge. There were greeting gifts upon our arrival, that was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable beds and pillows, as well as a crib for a baby and a warm blanket, in case of need. Bedding smelled nicely. There were plenty of towels and even some stuff for a beach. Sea was 5-7 min walk, beach was nice, in June water was chilly, but for kids it was not a problem. We would certainly come back!!!
