The house is an old rural dwelling ("Stazzo") dating back to the mid-1800s. Located in the countryside of Arzachena, the house is surrounded by the typical Gallura nature rich in olive trees, oaks, lentisks and granite rocks with characteristic shapes and sizes, the result of the patient work of water and wind over the millennia. The Stazzo, partially renovated, faithfully to the original, has been owned by the same family for 5 generations. Ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet.

The Old Stable was an old stable converted into a dwelling, respecting the style of the Gallura Stazzo, completely covered in Sardinian granite and immersed in a scenario of natural beauty made of granite rocks with the most suggestive shapes, from the imposing monolith of Pulchiana, the largest granite monolith in Sardinia and a naturalistic scenario with Mediterranean colors and scents. The cottage sits high on a hill with wonderful views in seven hectares of land which it shares with two other houses, out of sight of one another. It consists of two separate blocks, one double bedroom and bathroom divided from the main body of the cottage by a few steps and a semi inclosed furnished veranda which incorporates the open plan living room/kitchen and larger bedroom with bathroom. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the living room.
