Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach café. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves. Two beds where you lie on the first floor and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetops, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Private guest house with a living room with sofa bed where 2 can sleep, loft with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower. There is no kitchen or kitchenette. Fridge, coffee maker available. Duvets and pillows are available. Sheets can be offered for a fee: SEK 70 per bed set. Please let us know in advance. Arriesjön is about 1 km away. There is a café and bakery (Arriesjöns café) that has breakfast rolls, coffee and lunch. Parking with charging station for electric car SEK 3/kWh. The garden with patios and barbecue area is shared with us who live next door.
