Private guest house with a living room with sofa bed where 2 can sleep, loft with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower. There is no kitchen or kitchenette. Fridge, coffee maker available. Duvets and pillows are available. Sheets can be offered for a fee: SEK 70 per bed set. Please let us know in advance. Arriesjön is about 1 km away. There is a café and bakery (Arriesjöns café) that has breakfast rolls, coffee and lunch. Parking with charging station for electric car SEK 3/kWh. The garden with patios and barbecue area is shared with us who live next door.

Öresund Bridge/Malmö (10 min) and Copenhagen (30 min), Österlen (45 min). Perfect for excursions in the area or work trip. Modern, homely, cozy place with all the amenities!
