THE COUNTRY HOUSE VILLA with its 480 square meters offers plenty of space for you, your family and friends. A lot of light and a pleasant ambience as well as a breathtaking view of the Alps await you. The living room pampers you with a fireplace and plenty of living space of approx. 40 square meters. The dining room, with its 38 square meters and large dining table, can accommodate at least 12 people. The kitchen is comfortably equipped and invites you to cook together. A 2000 sqm garden is at your disposal.

* Skiing / biking / hiking / swimming * The house with garden and pool (May–September, not heated) offers a sensational view over the Rhine Valley to the Swiss mountains. It has room for 7 people. Hiking and biking tours start right at the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away, and Lake Constance is 10 minutes away. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. The ski resorts (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) can be reached within 40-60 minutes.

The Panoramavilla Bludenz has large glass fronts facing SW. Deep balconies and terraces also allow you to eat outdoors or end the day in nature. The spacious, wide living rooms create a cozy space. The panoramic villa has a total of 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, one on the first floor and one on the second floor as well as a guest toilet. Two fully equipped kitchens, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, make cooking a pleasure. 5 parking spaces are available.

Die Athmosphäre im Haus ist entspannt, langsam und fröhlich und man findet hier die Zeit für all Dinge die einem wichtig sind. Naturbelassener Strand. Der Strand liegt außerhalb meines privaten Grundstückes( unterhalb der Mauer) Beim Blick aus dem Fenstern sieht man über den Park zum See . Wer noch mehr Natur sucht, spaziert durchs Eriskircher Ried.
