The holiday apartment is located in our house on the ground floor and is perfect for mountain and nature enthusiastic groups and for cosy evenings. Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Welcome to your apartment in our house built in 2022. Enjoy the easily accessible location, even in winter, the comfort of the private entrance and the parking space at the house. Your equipment and shoes will fit in the lockable ski room with boot dryer. Your apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV and Wi-Fi. The highlight: a private terrace with barbecue facilities. Bus lines to the ski resort are very close. Water, heating, garbage disposal included.

The apartment is part of a two-unit building in a quiet area called Kuratl, located between See and Kappl. A very short drive away from the main road, easily accessible. Following a renovation in 2023, we proudly offer our guests two modern, comfortable, spacious apartments for your stay in the Paznaun valley. This three bed- & bathroom unit is split across the top floors, providing 170m2 of floor space and direct access to the terrace and garden.

The "Bella Vista Apartments" in Nauders consists of 5 apartments, all of which are bright and comfortably furnished. Relax after an eventful day in our fine wellness area with relaxation zone, sauna, adventure shower and infrared loungers. A secure garage for bicycles with charging and repair facilities is also available. Ski equipment can be stored in the ski room with heated boot dryer. In summer there is a barbecue in the garden.

The Alte Sennerei Lechleiten is a lovingly renovated holiday home for ideally 6 but a maximum of 10 people. The partly over 400-year-old house, which was originally used to produce dairy products, has been extensively renovated, with the result being a feel-good oasis of modern comfort and rustic coziness. We would like to rent our house to considerate guests who appreciate this gem.

Välkommen till vårt hus med tre semesterlägenheter i ett lugnt läge! Apartments Gria Tali står för den ”gröna dalen” och har en fin utsikt över berget Rendl med omgivning. Det ligger nära St. Anton centrum och största toppliften till berget Galzig. Till fots tar det ca 7 minuter (900 meter), har man pjäxor på sig kan man ta skidbussen som stannar 40 meter från huset.
