The apartment on the 2nd floor and has a separate entrance, is bright and spacious, about 95 m2 and contains 2 bedrooms with double bed, in the living room a sofa bed, antique pull-out bed for children. Open solution kitchen/living room . Large bathroom with 2 sinks, a shower, a bathtub and a washing machine. The apartment has a cozy and quiet atmosphere. Lovely view from the conservatory over Nidelven. Wi-Fi. A small pet allowed in the apartment BUT NOT in the GARDEN due to its own dog. Park free by the house, or 50 m away in the larger parking lot(possibly for a large car).

Cottage by the sea, pier and amazing views

Newly refurbished cottage with private jetty and fantastic views. The property has an address Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has breath-taking views of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from the Torungen guy from the bed. There is a private jetty with a swimming ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with rowboat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneers 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Small farm in scenic surroundings, where the animals can walk almost freely. Pick eggs for breakfast, scratch the piglet. Wake up to the rooster crowing. With the canoe you can paddle several kilometers. The bathroom is simple, without shower, but the bathing stairs and the lovely water makes it worth it. There is also a gas grill. An eldorado for animal lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Forest, water and mountains. Taxi boat to Lyngør and more. 15 min drive to Tvedestrand, with 5 different grocery stores, and free outdoor water park. 4 min to the local store.

Sentrumsnært, strand, butikker, friluftsområder(Hove), Raet Nasjonalpark etc. Kun 40 min kjøretur til Kristiansand Dyrepark/Badeland. Innegjerdet lekeplass rett på utsiden og innegjerdet fotballbane med lekekrok i samme gate.

dazzling SeaView apartment

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! Walls are extra sound isolated so you don't hear the traffic. we have a big jacuzzi with room for 7 people, available all year! please don't hesitate to contact us if there's anything you need.
