Newly renovated apartment of 60 sqm located in idyllic Strømsbubukt only 7-8 min walk along the water to the city centre. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the 1st floor of the house. Small boat harbour nearby, garden on the front of the house. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrances to each of the apartments. Wi-Fi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and smoking are not allowed due to allergies

Contains among other things: Bright and airy living room with good ceiling height, modern kitchen, two bedrooms, tiled bathroom and laundry room. Porch at the entrance with morning sun and on the front side with evening sun.

Small farm in scenic surroundings, where the animals can walk around almost freely. Pick eggs for breakfast, scratch the mini pig. Wake up to the rooster crowing. With the canoe you can paddle several kilometers. The bathroom is simple, without a shower, but the bathroom stairs and the lovely water make up for it. There's a gas grill there too. An eldorado for animal lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Forest, water and mountains. Taxi boat to Lyngør and more. 15 min drive to Tvedestrand, with 5 different grocery stores, and free outdoor water park. 4 min to convenience store.

Cozy cabin with private bathing area

A place to relax in great natural surroundings. Here there is electricity, running water, shower, TV and internet. The cabin is completely secluded with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature even throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for coziness and extra heat. Ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice bathing opportunities with your own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

Sjøstua

Our cabin is idyllically located in the middle of Raet National Park, completely secluded with spectacular views of the sea. Here you can enjoy walks, swimming areas and waves, even on stormy days. The cabin is newly renovated with Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, gas pizza oven, fire pan and outdoor fireplace. Sleeps 6 + new double sofa bed with amazing views. The rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in the sea and nature

Apartment near the Zoo 7 km. 200 meters to the lake

Cozy and rural holiday apartment on 2 floors. Child gate on terrace and inside by stairs 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 guest beds 90 cm, as the top mattress is a comfortable Tempur mattress. 1 bathroom with washing machine and shower cabin. Large terrace. Gas grill and outdoor furniture. Large lawn. Short distance to the lake and the Zoo about 7 km. 15 min walk to fishing and swimming area by the lake. Sørlandsenteret is located right next to the Zoo. 10 km to the summer town Lillesand and 20 km to Kristiansand

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds and a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. Explore yourself and nature 💚

Boathouse by the lake

Cosy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse/apartment is right on the waterfront, with access to a private jetty, kayaks and a garden with garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The boat house is best suited for two people staying for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.

Moderne liten leilighet med 15 kvm balkong med utsikt mot havet og morgensol. Park med lekeplass, volleyballbane og grillplass. Brygge med bademuligheter rett utenfor døren og 5 min gange til sentrum, buss og til tog. 1 min gange til matbutikk og et lite bakeri, og 3 min gange til parkeringshuset og Vitenskapssenteret. Leiligheten har ett soverom med en dobbelseng, samt en sovesofa i stuen som slås ut til dobbelseng. TV, musikkanlegg og wifi er tilgjengelig. Gulvvarme og ventilasjon.

Idyllic annex with view

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by Tovdalselva. The apartment is completely newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are suitable for two families on a trip, but also suitable for a group of friends on a fishing trip. Tovdalselva is a well-known salmon river, and large fish are caught both upstream and downstream.
