Large new kitchen from HTH with two dishwashers, coffee machine, carbon dioxide and boiling water from the spring, kitchen island with hob from Røroshetta, wine cabinet, large dining table (8-10 people). Oven + combi. 8 beds, extra beds based on needs.

Terrace in front and behind the cabin. Possibility of barbecue, or relaxation in the seating area. Bathroom with the possibility to wash and dry clothes. TV and Internet. Shared pool, open during the summer holidays. Ball court, sand volleyball court, beach and jetty. Short distance to the store. Very child-friendly, opportunities for new friendships for all ages

Rural idyll in Southern Norway

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Here it is so quiet that you can hear the fish jumping on the fjord! But still central with only 30 minutes to Evje Mineralpark, climbing park, and 45 minutes to Kristiansand Dyrepark. We have a rowboat and fishing rods available, which the tenant can take advantage of! As well as a functional outdoor kitchen on the terrace, with room for many, as well as one pool. Plenty of play opportunities for the kids! We have a dog yard that can be used (NB! Not animals inside).

Camping cabin in Risør

Caravan with a tent at Sørlandet Holiday Center in Risør. 6 beds + a travel bed. We have 6 duvets and pillows, no duvet and pillow for the travel bed. The campsite has a beach, pool area, shop, mini golf, playground, football pitch, volleyball court, boat rental. Short boat trip to Risør city center. Lots of fun to do for the family nearby. Toilet in the RV is not used. Nice sanitary facilities and pool area right behind the trailer. Towels and bed linen must be brought. Cleaning is done by guests.

Villa Fridlykka for rent

Enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet. Villa Fridlykka er et koselig lite hus med noen minutters gange til sentrum hvor du både kan kombinere shopping, båttur til øyer og strandliv på gjestehavnen. Huset er fra 1880, så det har sitt eget preg og sjarm, med nyere oppgraderinger og kontinuerlige prosjekter pågående. Dersom en skal kunne gå på loftet, må en derfor være av lavere karakter. Uteplass og en liten hage med tilgang til grill gjør deg fri i en sentrumsnær oase

Swimming pool, ball pit and sand volleyball court belonging to the cabin area. Cozy leisure property with sunny and beautiful outdoor areas. Very good sun conditions and sheltered location with several private zones. Only 5 minutes by car from Risør city center. Boat space can be rented by appointment.

Arendal-Arendalsuka

50 meter nær lystbåthavn og pen liten badestrand. Området preges av smau, vakre hager og brosteinsbelagte gater. Huset som er fra 1700 tallet ligger fredfullt og harmonisk plassert, kloss på byens havn, torv og gågater. Huset har tre soverom, alminnelig pent interiør, varmekabler, moderne bad og peis i tillegg til en svært idyllisk liten hage. Havna har alle fasiliteter: servering, badestrand, oppvarmet basseng og båtplasser. Familiens robåt (fjerding) kan leies ut etter nærmere avtale.

Sjarmerende leilighet til leie i en rolig og vakker oase i hjertet av Grimstad. Leiligheten har åpen kjøkkenløsning, en sovealkove med dobbeltseng og en dobbel sovesofa i stuen. Tilgang til privat innendørs svømmebasseng. Parkering i parkeringshus tvers over gaten. Leiligheten har vært utleid tidligere gjennom annen bruker på Airbnb. Anmeldelsene kunne dessverre ikke følge med flytting til ny bruker, og er derfor lagt ut under "Husmanual", til info.

Boligen har to romslige soverom, et stort kjøkken og en lys stue, samt en utestue og et stort uteområde hvor du kan nyte solen. Eiendommen ligger i et rolig område, bare noen minutters gange fra stranden . Du finner også butikker i nærheten for daglige nødvendigheter, og det er kort vei til byen.

Peaceful street in old urban environment. 2 min to shopping center, shops, restaurant, central bus station, and 5 min to train station. Sun almost all day, and views of Tyholmen and the lake towards Hisøya. The house is old but charming southern style.
