You can walk to the city in about 30 minutes. The accommodation is located about 45 minutes from Dyreparken, and 10 minutes by car to the public beach. There is a large porch with barbecue, around the swimming pool 3.5 cm, sofa, chairs and tables, as well as the outdoor living room which is perfect for evening fun. Two double beds, as well as a bed of 75 cm, two are 120 cm. Accommodates 7 people.

Have fun with the whole family at this elegant place to stay. The cabin was built in 2022 and is excellent for families or more couples together. The forest just outside the door, the sea on the other side. The zoo only 20 min away. Lillesand city and Kristiansand city are a stone's throw away. Supermarkets and everything you might need is close by. The cabin has an associated private swimming pool, trampoline for children and lots of outdoor area for various activities. Communal pier and Beach. Padel court for free 10 minutes from the cabin.

50 meter nær lystbåthavn og pen liten badestrand. Området preges av smau, vakre hager og brosteinsbelagte gater. Huset som er fra 1700 tallet ligger fredfullt og harmonisk plassert, kloss på byens havn, torv og gågater. Huset har tre soverom, alminnelig pent interiør, varmekabler, moderne bad og peis i tillegg til en svært idyllisk liten hage. Havna har alle fasiliteter: servering, badestrand, oppvarmet basseng og båtplasser. Familiens robåt (fjerding) kan leies ut etter nærmere avtale.

Great jogging/hiking opportunities just outside the door. Heated pool with superstructure that can be opened with folding doors. 15min outside Grimstad. 30min to Arendal city center 45min to Kristiansand 32km, 30min to Dyreparken in Kristiansand Rented to housekeepers. Towels and bed linen must be brought.

Sjarmerende leilighet til leie i en rolig og vakker oase i hjertet av Grimstad. Leiligheten har åpen kjøkkenløsning, en sovealkove med dobbeltseng og en dobbel sovesofa i stuen. Tilgang til privat innendørs svømmebasseng. Parkering i parkeringshus tvers over gaten. Leiligheten har vært utleid tidligere gjennom annen bruker på Airbnb.
