There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the dwelling. Small marina next door, garden at the front of the home. The residence is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbours, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and no smoking due to allergies

Justøya has many great hiking trails starting from the house. Justøyskole is located 150 meters from the property and has an artificial grass court, basketball court ++ which can be used by anyone. 15 min with car to Dyrparken.

Modern single-family home from 2021 with 2 bathrooms. All facilities for a toddler family, children's toys, high chairs, crib, remember, trampoline, inflatable children's pool etc.. also very suitable if you do not have children in tow. Also has exercise appliances in outdoor living, if the tenant likes to get away from a small trim during the holidays. In the kitchen attached to the kitchen there is available a small work station with a desk. We have also installed a heat pump which is as useful on hot summer days(A/C) as it is winter.

To Risør city center it is a nice walk of about 20 min. or bike ride in 7 min. - here you can park your car in your own parking lot and leave it during your stay. Annex v/UiA • Parking • Near the city centre and beach

Simple and peaceful accommodation centrally located both to the city center and to several lovely beaches. The annex is around 200 meters from UiA. There is also a short distance to the playground and free area with forest and frisbee golf. Just outside the porch door is a small sandbox for children, as well as lush garden that can be used with the host. The zoo in Kristiansand is only 25 minutes drive. The annex has a simple standard, but all amenities necessary for short stays.

The site is originally a farm from the 18th century, and has been rebuilt over the past 15 years. Here you have all the facilities you need for a memorable holiday in Lillesand. The place has 2 acres of garden, 300m2 outdoor area with paving stones where the family can spend the whole day in the sun. The house is 230 m2 and has 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, modern wet room facilities and a large kitcchen/livingroom where all the guests can stay without it being cramped.

About 30 minutes drive to the zoo at Kristiansand. Our guests come to a home we love very much.
