Here you can activate or relax with the family with immediate access to the sea and the archipelago. The cabin is located on Tverdalsøya in the middle between Arendal and Tvedestrand with a road all the way up and parking 200m away. Kilsund is about 3km away with shop gas station and marina. Comes with sup (summer only), kayak and it is possible to rent a boat separately.

Waterfront summer house, five bedrooms, beach

Our summer house is situated just 15 km outside Arendal on a many acres large piece of land on the island of Tromøya, which is accessable by car. It has its own beach and small boat landing. It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.

Cabin on Tromøya for rent

The cabin is located in Körvika at the entrance to Tromøysundet. The view to the ocean outside is stunning. Here, both big can play, with swimming, fishing and hiking both by the sea and in the woods. The cabin includes both kayak and paddleboard. The cabin has a good patio for sunbathing and barbecue, and an outdoor fireplace creates a good evening atmosphere. It is a short distance to Raet, the national park at Hove and Dyreparken in Kristiansand is only an hour's drive by car

Cabin with access to 14 foot boat

Original and nice cabin in a very lovely area of Grimstad. Sun until late evening. Access to both boat and kajakk in the harbor, only 200 meters away. (the boat is 14 feet with 6 hk engine). The garden is charming with different seats, grill and fireplaces. It is also possible to rent during winter. There is a heatpump and electric ovens and heating cables at the bathroom. We take 250 extra in payment for electrisity during winter season. Tenants must bring linen and towels.

Large house with many bedrooms. The house is located close by the sea. It has garden and dock in front of the house. It is a beautiful place for swimming and fishing. Boat with outboard motor can be rented as well. The house is newly refurbished and has bright pleasant interior. New kitchen. Parking. Central location near the center of Arendal. 5 min by car, 10 min by bike, 30 min by walk. If you want to visit Dyreparken Zoo in Kristiansand it takes 40 min by car.

Here there are three bedrooms, sleeping alcoves and annex, bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, TV and broadband. 5 minutes walk to the sea and beach, own boat space. Two parking spaces attached to the house. Large and great garden, with annex and football goal. New terrace April 2022.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Outdoor toilet in seperate small toilet house. This is not a water toilet, but outdoor natural compost. Unique secluded with lake view. Great terrace for calm cosy evenings. Enjoy our rowboat and two kayaks. Canals take you through to lakes and the ocean.
