Ottsjö, Årefjällen - with magnificent views!

Cozy, classic mountain cabin with amazing views of the mountain landscape! The cottage has a large living room with a fireplace and exit to the balcony in a sunny south-facing location. The kitchen was replaced a couple of years ago and is fully equipped with a dining table attached, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Sauna is available. Crib is available. Hiking and skiing trails are accessible directly around the corner from the house. To Åre it is about 25 minutes, Vålådalen about 30 minutes. In Ottsjö village there is ICA Bua, dog sledding, brewery, etc.

Cosy and modern apartment with a cottage feel

Rent my newly-built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives that cabin feeling you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (operating during ski season). Enjoy a luxurious experience at this centrally-located place. Here you can relax and enjoy skiing, cycling and hiking trails directly adjacent to the cottage. Detached house of about 50 sqm distributed on two floors with 2 bedrooms and bathroom with spacious sauna overlooking Åre village. Large south-facing balcony with magical views. VM 8 and the slope directly "outside the door." This lift, which opens first and closes last on the day and the season, takes you out to the entire Åre magical ski system. Genuine ski-in ski-out!

Nice cross-country tracks with evening lighting. Private parking with electric charger, Wi-Fi, barbecue, patio. Bed linen is not included; it can be booked. Self check-in and check-out with digital keypad lock. A 25-year age limit applies.
