Amazing mountain experience in Ottsjö in Åre

In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. Welcome to a peaceful place for families and friends! The modern cottage has nice views, four bedrooms with eight beds, two bathrooms, sauna, fireplace and large balcony. The cottage is located in cozy and family-friendly Edsåsdalen, 20 minutes from Åre village. Edsåsdalen's lift system has 5 lifts and 11 slopes, there are 40 km of cross-country trails and 150 km of mountain trails, a ski school, sports shop, restaurants and a small spa. From the cottage, it is about 350 meters to the nearest ski slope and to the cross-country trails.

Enjoy a luxurious experience at this centrally-located place. Here you can relax and enjoy skiing, cycling and hiking trails directly adjacent to the cottage. Detached house of about 50 sqm distributed on two floors with 2 bedrooms and bathroom with spacious sauna overlooking Åre village. Large south-facing balcony with magical views. VM 8 and the slope directly "outside the door." This lift, which opens first and closes last on the day and the season, takes you out to the entire Åre magical ski system. Genuine ski-in ski-out!

A fantastic nice apartment with ski-in ski-out in central Åre Björnen. 3 nice bedrooms, sauna, magical views of Renfjället and Åresjön. Large living room with TV and music system, lovely dining area with nice view. Ski bus outside the door, grocery store, ski rental and restaurants 200 m. Nice cross-country tracks with evening lighting. Private parking with electric charger, Wi-Fi, barbecue, patio. Bed linen is not included; it can be booked. Self check-in and check-out with digital keypad lock. A 25-year age limit applies.

Cozy mountain cabin in lovely Trillevallen. In winter, cross-country skiing and downhill skiing in Trillevallen's many family-friendly slopes and prepared trails. Cross-country trails and transport lift to the ski resort are just a stone's throw away. Summer time trail running, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, paddling and swimming. Just a 20-minute drive away is the ski resort Åre, which offers shopping, entertainment and restaurants. 5-minute walk to Trillevallen's high mountain hotel.

Timber duplex with ski-in ski-out location and magical views of Lake Åresjön. In summer, the ski tracks are just outside the house. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna overlooking the lake. The 4 bedrooms are divided into 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed and sofa bed. Kitchen on the upper floor adjacent to dining area and living room with large panorama windows.
