Relax on the wrap around balcony of this 4th floor SeaWatch beachfront condo. Enjoy beautiful views of the sea and sunsets. Take a dip in one of the 7 sparkling pools, 11 hot tubs or play in the lazy rivers. Sip a beverage at the tiki hut or grab a delicious meal at our onsite restaurant. Just a short walk from the Apache Pier to the south, and undeveloped pristine beaches to the north. Golf at nearby Arcadian Shores or any of the many local courses. Nearby Tanger Outlet is a shopper’s delight.

Nice walk in shower in the Master Bedroom. New wooden floors through out and colorful décor. Updated kitchen with all your needs. Master has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen. There is a slipper sofa in the living area. A TV in each bedroom and the living area. Location in a quieter area half way between Myrtle and N Myrtle Beach.

The exterior of the two-story building features white railings and multiple entrances. Lush greenery and palm trees surround the structure, enhancing its natural charm. A paved path leads to the entry, while a parking area is visible nearby.

This 2nd floor unit, with a small balcony, overlooks a 500-acre wildlife preserve and has a working kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Also has a washer/dryer. A 5 minute walk down our private-gated road leads to an unspoiled beach at the preserve. Close to Tanger Outlet, Walmart. Minutes away from Barefoot Landing and restaurant row. Also has a courtyard pool.

Within one mile of the famous Tanger outlet stores, Walmart, grocery stores, sushi bars, best seafood buffets in Myrtle Beach This suite is located on the ground floor with a private entrance down the stairway if you like. No crowded close contact elevator rides. This unit is not oceanfront. It is located on the side of an oceanfront unit. Just steps to the ocean.
