This place was nice and cozy from the minute I walked in the door. The ocean was just a short walk away and it's nice and quiet and peaceful. The small place has everything you need to enjoy yourself for a stay along the Grand Strand.

We 4 couple total 8 people had a great time this house . Amazing water view. Clean, very quiet and easy to access all . Strongly recommend. I definitely return back !!

Very well kept and had all of the extras like coffee, creamer, bath products and beautifully decorated and upgraded! Loved it!

The condo is adorable. The unit itself clean and enjoyable. Bonus that it included beach chairs and umbrella and coolers!!!! Beds are super comfy. Perfect beach view.

What a great place! Everything was as described. It was so nice to be able to have our dog join us on this vacation. The condo is in a very walkable location nearby coffee shops, restaurants and sidewalks even if you want to walk down N Ocean Blvd. Quick access to the beach from the condo. The oversize vehicle parking behind the parking garage is life saver since we had a Tahoe. It was great not to have to check in at the front desk and be able to go right up to the room and use the pin pad and not have to worry about having a keycard. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back!

This is a large condo in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved the privacy it offered and felt safe at all times. Cristina was extremely accommodating and was always easily accessible. Cannot say enough good things about her!

The place was in a very safe community, lots of older golfers. There was a pub in walking distance that we saw a lot of golfers at. The place is directly across from the pool that stayed opened till 11pm. So mu kids enjoyed night swimming. Rooms were big and lots of space.

I had a great stay at this beautiful condo in Myrtle Beach! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-stocked—perfect for two people. It had everything I needed for a comfortable trip. The location was perfect with a lot of restaurant, shop, and attraction options just minutes away, which made it easy to enjoy the area. The parking garage was a bit tight, but it didn’t take away from the overall amazing experience. I’d definitely love to stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area! One of the best parts was being able to sit on the balcony with the ocean right there and waking up to the view from bed! The resort also has many other amenities and activities on the property with easy beach access. Not to mention the water pressure was amazing. Jessica was very helpful and responsive. Great stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our experience here! Very spacious and secluded compared to the hotel rooms were used to on the grand strand. The kitchen had a lot of things that were accommodating that we forgot to bring to cook meals, short, walk to the beach, kids loved the pool.We will definitely be back next time we’re in Myrtle Beach!

Mark’s condo was a perfect area to be for us, quiet and easy to find. We came with a family of four and our dog. 10-15 minute drive from most local attractions, but quiet enough for us to rest after our outings. The amenities worked well for our family and a great way to save some cash by cooking meals there. We also visited the pool on site a couple times. Overall was a great short stay for our family I would recommend to others! Mark was very great and prompt about communications as well as helpful. The king size bed was very comfortable as well!

Great location and perfect for families with small kids. Far enough away from the hustle and buslte while still close enough to enjoy all the tourist attractions. The property was exactly as described, clean, with plenty of amenities.

As soon as you walk in you notice how clean and spacious the place is. The views from the kitchen and balcony are incredible. Definitely gives you oceanfront vibes. The pools and hot tubs were very enjoyable. The walk to the beach was not bad at all either. My family and I really enjoyed this place. Will definitely book again!!!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo for the week. The location was great and it was easy to get to the beach. There were alot of amenities for the kids and the condo had everything we needed.

The place was very clean and spotless. The view from the balcony to the ocean and the beach was amazing. The place is ideal for families as it is right by the beach and yet is very peaceful. The condo is well equipped with a kitchen and all essentials. This is a great place to enjoy if you are looking for a calm, quiet and relaxing vacation. Also, if you need some action and entertainment it is within 10 -15 mins driving distance to the happening places in myrtle beach. I would recommend this place highly. A note on parking - You are better off in a Suv or full size van as you can park outside the building which is easy. If you have small car, you can park in the garage but maneuvering is tight across the corners in the garage. I will highly recommend this place!

We stayed 5 nights at Gosia’s condo at Patricia Grand 3rd floor. Everything was very clear in her instructions & was easy to get into. Condo was extremely clean and exactly as pictured. The bedspreads are now a bright yellow and add a nice pop of color. Loved the beach themed decor. There are games in closet and some books as well. Kitchen & Bathroom had everything we needed. Condo had plenty of seating and big screen televisions & one in bedroom. Very comfortable beds. View is wonderful from dining area. Balcony view of ocean and overlooking pool was amazing and a great place to sit and take the beauty all in. Patricia Grand overall was very quiet, everyone was friendly and a great location close to things but far enough away to be quiet. Steps to beach from the condo’s location. Nice pet walking area close to room & elevators and really appreciate Gosia allowing our small dog. Pools were big, warm and clean. We were extremely pleased and highly recommend Gosia’s condos.
