Relax on the wrap around balcony of this 4th floor SeaWatch beachfront condo. Enjoy beautiful views of the sea and sunsets. Take a dip in one of the 7 sparkling pools, 11 hot tubs or play in the lazy rivers. Sip a beverage at the tiki hut or grab a delicious meal at our onsite restaurant. Just a short walk from the Apache Pier to the south, and undeveloped pristine beaches to the north. Golf at nearby Arcadian Shores or any of the many local courses. Nearby Tanger Outlet is a shopper’s delight.

Incredible 20th Floor Ocean Front 1 Bedroom

Incredible direct oceanfront large one bedroom condo at the beautiful Beach Colony Resort located just two miles due north of the downtown area of Myrtle Beach. You'll wake-up to great sunrises and the soothing noise of the Atlantic ocean. This is a one bedroom, king bed, that is separate and private from the living area. The living area has a sofa bed couch (queen sized). Besides all the pools and spas, there is an onsite bar and restaurant with a huge game room which includes pool tables!

The beach is viewed at sunrise, with soft pastel colors illuminating the sky. Gentle waves ripple towards the shore, where small groups of people are seen walking along the expansive sandy beach. A wooden structure is positioned on the left, and a blue bin is visible.
