Beachfront holiday rental in Arbatax

From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. Great place, less than 5 minute walk to the Porto Frailis beach. You can see the beach as soon as you leave the place. Very spacious house, we had our own parking spot, and nice garden at the entrance. Very recommended!

We had a wonderful and relaxing week in Santa Maria Navarrese. Loredana's apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood only about 5 min walk from the beach. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, very cozy and sparkling clean. Everything is brand new. The summer heat at noon can be perfectly escaped through the A/C in all rooms. From cozy beds to a fully equipped kitchen, everything is perfect. But on an Airbnb rental, the most important thing last!!........ that's of course the hostess :-). Loredana!! She is a fantastic host...!! We had caused damage in the kitchen... how confident and warm she reacted was already extraordinary ... Grazie Loredana

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

It was fantastic for us! Especially the motorcycle parking in front of the apartment in the lockable area was of course perfect!

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We stayed here for a couple of weeks climbing in the area, the location is perfect, walking distance to the sea, supermarket and restaurants. Beautiful walking routes and a short drive to spectacular climbing. We were here in November so it was quiet and peaceful which was perfect for us, I’d imagine the summer is a tad busier! The apartment was spacious, great balcony facing the sea, adequate kitchen utensils, and fairly comfy. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great week, the accommodation is very well located with a beautiful beach within walking distance and not crowded. Other beautiful beaches are quite close by car with free parking and few people too (which is rare in Sardinia). Good restaurant nearby. Very well equipped, the accommodation was also extremely clean! We had everything we needed for our 6-month-old baby and despite the exceptional heatwave in June, the air conditioning worked very well. The welcome was very warm and family-like despite the language barrier, we really appreciated the kindness of our hosts. Thanks!

Marco's apartment/house is very nicely located on the upper slope, is equipped with a wraparound terrace and has a great view. It was all very clean as well as well and newly furnished. The area around the pool is also very nice, which we liked to use. We also found it very nice that the beach was within walking distance. This allows you to go to the beach again in the evening, which offers a very nice atmosphere and atmosphere. Overall, Marco's place is a nice base for a successful family vacation! However, you should know that the accommodation is the upper floor of a two-story house, of which the lower is also inhabited. The entrances are separate, but you are not alone in the accommodation. We were not aware of this fact from the description and we probably wouldn't have rented it then. But it was still a nice week and we can definitely recommend the place.

Overall a lovely villa. Large lounge area and sheltered outdoor seating area with a beautiful view towards the sea. Huge swimming pool and a large secure garden. Beautiful and well equipt barbeque area. Could not find cushions for the plastic loungers and a sun shade.The stay at the villa could benefit from Wifi.

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at this holiday villa in Sardinia. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine, fridge freezer, air conditioning, and a variety of utensils, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The villa was incredibly quiet and relaxing, providing the perfect getaway atmosphere. One of the highlights was its proximity to the beach and the Shardan café/restaurant, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline and local cuisine. Additionally, Domenica was always just a text message away, ready to offer any help or advice we needed, which was a great comfort. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed holiday spot in Sardinia.

We just had a great stay at Dominique's place. The house, within a serviced apartment, was a pleasant surprise, very clean, well-appointed and a nice view of the sea and the swimming pool. It provides all necessary amenities. On the residence itself we cannot be objective because having stayed at the end of October, nothing was open. Foxi manna beach is a 3kms drive away, one restaurant bar was still open. This is the closest beach to the residence with fine sand. We'd love to come back in high season. The place is located in a quiet area, with a pool and a cove 3 min walk. It has tennis courts, soccer, volleyball. It is necessary to hire linens and towels if they do not take them. Access is very good. There is a parking just alado but you have to move the luggage by hand about 50 meters since it is a pedestrian area and the car does not access the house. It has air conditioning, which is greatly appreciated. The water is not drinkable almost anywhere on the island, so you have to buy before you go. If no food is brought there is a bar right in the development for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But it is advisable to stop as you leave the airport at some supermarket. Anyway there are shops in urbanizations nearby within a 5 min drive. But you should look at the times because it closes at noon. There is a community pool with 3 other houses. Very quiet and relaxing.

Lovely place to stay.

Lovely cottage by the pool and close to the beach in a beautiful quiet area. Fully equipped, cozy and very clean. The communication with Valentina is very pleasant, nice instructions and tips for the area. Remember in advance that there is no extensive supermarket nearby. For essential fresh items, there is a supermarket in Tertenia. The pasticceria Da Paulo in Tertenia is fantastic. We would love to come back to this fantastic place with this warm host 🙏🏻

We had a great week at this property. The beautiful weather allowed us to enjoy the garden and the patio (maybe with average weather this accommodation would be a little small because there is no closed living room). Simple but very clean accommodation We were very well received by Battistina and Sylvio. And the accommodation is a stone's throw from the beach!We were able to swim every day. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I recommend it!!

Lovely stay at a great place with a very welcoming host. I was most impressed about the specific recommendation of a local folk festival which was an amazing experience. If I come back to Sardinia I will definitely look to stay at the same place.

Editta was very friendly and the communication worked perfectly. The location of the place is perfect. I loved the view from the terrace, the mountains on the right, the sea on the left! There was parking directly in the street. The sea is a 5-minute walk away and restaurants and an ice cream parlour are also nearby. We felt very comfortable! Thank you very much, dear Editta! A wonderful vacation in a cottage on a hill in the middle of nature overlooking the valley and the sea, with breathtaking sunrises and starry night sky - it couldn't be more beautiful! By car, everything like the beach, supermarket, restaurants can be reached in a few minutes. Check-in was also super easy, the place had everything we needed and Andrea responded quickly to every message and gave us tips. We enjoyed the time very much and would come back any time!

Everything was perfect, home as described, comfortable and functional. Very nice terrace.

The lovingly furnished and perfectly equipped family house in the countryside with a beautiful view of the sea. The small roof terrace offers a 360-degree view and is an additional highlight. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is perfect for a quiet break. If you want to make excursions to distant beaches, you should plan additional travel times, as you first have to drive out of the bay over the mountains.
