Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Annecy

We arrived and left late. The host was very accommodating about it. The TV was a good size and had Netflix. We only stayed 2 nights and only ate in restaurants. The kitchen looked clean and properly equipped even though we didn't use it. They want you to take out the trash and remove the linens. I find that a bit annoying since you also pay a cleaning fee, but those are their rules and they're not completely unreasonable. The bike path is easily accessible which was important to us.

Isabelle is a great host, very friendly and very responsive. The place itself is very nice and cosy, perfect for a relaxing week end with friends or family. I would definitely recommend the place. Thanks Isabelle for your warm welcoming

A beautiful, large family house with a large and fully furnished kitchen. Barely a living room (approx. 3×3 meters, next to the front door), so limited seating comfort. 7 bedrooms including 4 with a double bed (140 cm wide) and 3 with 2x single bed. Terrace next to the front door and a large terrace next to the house, both sunny. No garden (should you bring your dog, pay close attention). On the ground floor and in the attic a bathroom, toilets on all floors. The house is some distance away on a main road (gives some noise), near the center of Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe; you can go buy walking bread or eat out in one of the restaurants. Beautiful surroundings with mountains (Mont Charvin and views of Mont Blanc on several walks), swimming lake in Flumet, variety of lifts that are open. 1.15 hours drive to Annecy train station, approx. 45 minutes drive to Albertville. WiFi available. No washing machine (laundry nearby), no TV. Very friendly, helpful hostess!

We had a great time at Élodie's cottage. This one is ideally located in a very quiet environment and at the same time close to small local shops. We were able to do many hikes in the area by driving a little. The cottage is very well equipped and we did not lack for anything. The different terraces allow you to enjoy the beautiful setting depending on the day. If we had to suggest one thing for improvement for some guests, it would be a slightly larger bed. Having a slightly wide size, the 140 bed was a bit narrow for me.

Beautiful family home in Aix with beautiful garden and trampoline (ideal for children). Everything went well! We enjoyed meeting in a house inhabited all year round (small treasure everywhere: board games...)

My girlfriend and I stayed one night at karines place in august before driving onwards to the south . We had a wonderful stay: after welcoming us with something to drink and a piece of local cheese, she told us all about the festival of lac annecy which we were lucky to take part in, amazing fireworks! She also pointed us to the best spots only locals know about. And then of course there is karines home, which is beautiful. We had a room with big doors to a front porch terrace, a comfortable bed and wifi. We had our own bathroom and toilet. All in all a class A experience!

Very nice accommodation. Very nice hosts. A perfect home with children who have access to many toys and games. I would this property. A little extra for the two very nice furry roommates. We had a great time together, we hope to be back soon.

Very pleasant stay and ideal for a couple with children. The space is functional and located in an area full of things to do.

Great stay with a beautiful view.

We were a group of 4 friends who came to discover the city and we had a lovely stay. We were very well hosted by Arnaud and his partner. We had very good tips for visiting the city. the location of the apartment is ideal. the communication with Arnaud was perfect and the accommodation too. I highly recommend him.

The studio is well arranged despite the small space. In summer it must be even better with the veranda. The garden is great for dogs with access to the lake through a gate (5 min walk). Top welcome by Roberta. Our stay went very well and are thinking about coming back.

Guests have been satisfied with their stay, and will keep a good experience of coming to France.

Excellent pristine apartment in peaceful location. I used it as a base for cycling. Shower was good. Kitchen was great. I would stay again.

Excellent stay, a welcome and relaxing little break Beautiful view from the balcony, small park with a stream. Very close ski hills Hiking , skiing , restaurant nearby Cozy , clean and quiet apartment. Nothing is missing Complete equipment ( dishes , raclette , fondue ,... ) A few basic ingredients are present and very useful The plus the beautifully appointed balcony with a beautiful view; you want to linger there I recommend and plan to return. Great place to stay for Ski and Mountain lovers. The apartment is very functional and with games and toys for kids. Our family loved to stay there and we will come back for sure!

Perfect accommodation. At the foot of the slopes, it's royal. Aurélie accompanies us with a few messages that reassure us. And the click clac is new, very comfortable. I would recommend it in a second.

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for our stay. It was 10 minutes walking to the town center and very easy to find. Beautiful apartment, a short drive from the centre of Les Gets. Anthony was very helpful and responsive. Well equipped kitchen, and two allocated parking spots which is very helpful for a grown up family of six! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Adeline’s lovely place. The neighborhood is quiet yet very close to the bike path and local stores. Lovely close walk to the lake from the house. Everything is very well organized. Adeline is very responsive and helpful, and super nice. This is most definitely our best Airbnb experience ever and we would very highly recommend it. We loved coming back to a nice quiet and private neighborhood after exploring the beautiful region. We loved everything.

Very clean and cozy accommodation. Everything was true to the photos. It's tidy so functional. Great communication with Kilian. The location is perfect to get to the resort on foot and enjoy the slopes, mountain trails, and village amenities. Pool and games room on-site, very nice too. We'll be back again 😊

Coming for a week's stay with 2 children, we were welcomed very well and the accommodation is ideally located to shine around the Lake. The space has an exceptional view even more impressive than the photos. The environment is very peaceful. We recomand of course .
